Jacob L was extremely condescending and rude He never looked at my car or gathered any information from me but treated me like an idiot. Worst experience I have ever had Been to this location many times. It was great now with Jacob it awful.

Ace is always friendly & professional and has changed my truck’s battery in the past! This time, I had a check engine light on and he ran a diagnostic test that showed the fuel vapor detection valve was faulty in my Ram 1500. It was code P0456. He saved me $189 because that’s how much my auto mechanic shop charges for the test. Plus, he speaks Spanish, so it’s my favorite AutoZone! ?

Came in with battery issues and i’m so beyond thankful I found Jacob. He helped me out within minutes, I was in and out of the shop with my car fixed. I’m a younger woman who doesn’t know much about cars so it extremely helpful knowing I was in good hands after Jacob throughly explained everything. Thank you AutoZone Higley!

This location is the BEST. I had a new battery installed from a different location and that location did not secure it right and stripped one of the bolts. Chance and Tim at this Higley and Chandler Heights location spent almost an hour with me making sure that what another store messed up, they fixed. They went above and beyond what was expected so I could drive away feeling confident in my battery. Thank you Chance and Tim and thank you AutoZone!

I called for an estimate and got exactly what I was quoted. Stephan was so helpful and changed my battery right away. He also educated me on the process and walked me through it should I ever need to do it myself. With this type of service and care for their customers I will be coming here in the future for any of my car needs. I highly recommend this location!

Stopped by to test truck batteries and confirmed both batteries needed replaced (diesel truck). Staff was very helpful in matching up the batteries and had more than enough in stock. Stephen was super helpful as I got stuck with trying to change out the batteries as it’s not just a simple swap. He is passionate about customer service and you can tell he is proud to go that extra mile.If you continue to have employees like Stephen, the local Autozone will be my first choice for my automotive needs.Keep up the good work and appreciate the great customer service!!!
