If I could leave negative starts I would. Business charges $120 Service Call Fee to access the problem, provides what parts to order, but never came back to complete the repair. No showed me 5 times on an agreed scheduled time to complete the repair. He kept the service fee and I did not get my car repaired. Stay away!

Robert is the man! He came out, and within a minute, he knew exactly what the issue was and was fair and honest on price and transparent when repairing vehicle. I honestly can't see how negative reviews were given to this business...Robert was very responsive...He was punctual...What he quoted me for an hourly rate was exactly what he charged me in time spent on repair...He was knowledgeable and encouraged me to watch him work and talked me thru each step of the repair...I will use Roberts services for other vehicles of mine in the near future...

Called and didn't get an answer so I gave up. Shortly after I get a call back I don't and he texts me still. I explained my issues and location of my vehicle. Robert immediately pulled up to access the situation told me what we needed and took care of business. The whole process from me calling the first time to him finishing the job took less than 2 hrs. Pricing was more than affordable and the work was definitely high quality. I will be referring him to any and everyone who needs a mechanic!!

Nice guy, he just never showed up to do the job after I scheduled it with him. No phone call or text message. I would say if you absolutely need the work done right away on your vehicle, it may be more advantageous to use another mobile mechanic. Again nice guy, he just didn’t show up for the job.

After a frustrating time getting Robert (Auto Repair Angel)to show-up after he said he would, he finally replaced the brake pads on the two front wheels on my Toyota CelicaTurns out his price for labor was no cheaper than a repair shop, with that being said, all seemed well for a day but then heard a loud clanging sound and when I was braking on the freeway my car almost slid into the other lane. Took it to Firestone and the mechanic said that whoever did the job (Robert) did not properly tighten the bolts on the brake calipers and hence why it was just hanging there and caused the car to steer hard to the right when I used it. I called Robert and he never returned my phone calls and after reading reviews, I guess he really is not good about getting back with you. I also notice he offers a lot of excuses or just denies everything. Take my advice, and good for you to look at reviews , as I wish I would have, but do not use Auto Repair Angel, for believe me he is no Angel. He is dangerous as a mechanic.

Very unreliable. Never showed-up for appointments that he scheduled.Work was not completed but gave a sob story about his girlfriends dental work and pleaded to be paid early. Paid in full and Robert stated he would finish the job shortly. Held onto the car for 3 extra weeks. Would not return calls or text messages. Went to his parents house he works out of and he said he no longer wanted to do the job. Refused to reimburse monies paid.Filing in small claims court to get my money back.Advice: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PERSON!Service: Body & Trim

This company is very unreliable and irresponsible. Made an appointment and had to take off work for it; he never came and didn’t answer my calls or texts! Not to mention he didn’t even let me know that he couldn’t come. I do not refer this to any individual that needs professional car assistance!

Auto Repair Angel is a devil in disguise. Robert, a one man operation, fails to make appointments (that he schedules) and does not return messages.He is unprofessional in his conduct and demeanor. Does not finish the jobhe was hired to do. You will be very disappointed if you retain his services.

I made and appointment and the guy never showed up. I waited 3 hours, no call ,no text finally I called someone else, who came within 30 minutes. This was not a good experience

I think I can vouch for the reviews going back 2+ years giving this business a 1 star. I usually don’t look at reviews and try to give people the benefit of the doubt but after receiving no response and being told he was coming to check out my car yesterday on 1/9 and he’d be there after 5pm and he never showed up. It’s now almost 12pm the next day 1/10 and I still haven’t received a response. I figured he was busy and he was working another job and couldn’t answer. But he never replied about an updated time AFTER never showing up. Never texted to say he wasn’t coming. Never rescheduled. And upon further inspection I’ve come to the conclusion that he’s probably not going to change considering he’s been giving the same copy/paste apology to everyone who gives him a 1 Star review with the exact same issue. Actions speak a lot louder than words and his words clearly don’t mean much. Definitely take your business somewhere else cause this is so unprofessional. Everyone gets busy including clients who set aside there time and money and part of their day to make time for someone to come and see their car just to never receive a response, update, or even reschedule. I’m just gonna take my business somewhere else. I get that it’s just a one man show but there has clearly been no improvement on his part with communication, time management, or transparency with clientele.

Had brake trouble on a Sunday morning, reached out to Robert at 10 am, was told it would be a 1-2 hour wait. He was not able to come until 5 pm, and was not able to service the vehicle until 9 pm the next day. He installed the new brake pads and rotor he told me to pick up. It ended up being the wrong rotor and we had to go to AutoZone for an exchange. Brakes started squeaking again the next week and I took the car to a shop. Was told that the wrong size rotor was installed, the screws were not adequately tightened, and that both front rotors should have been replaced. Really nice guy with talent, unfortunately, I did not find the service to be timely or accurate.Service: Brake service & repair
