Untrustworthy Service and Lack of Accountability
I brought my Audi Q3 to Audi Gilbert Service Center for a prepaid 40k oil change 5/15, and it has been leaking oil from the drain plug ever since. Despite bringing the issue to their attention 9/25 at 42k, they have refused to take responsibility for the problem. Instead of owning up to their mistake, they blamed the dealership where I bought the car—even though the car had no oil leaks in the months prior to their service.
This lack of accountability and refusal to deliver reliable service is unacceptable. I expected better from a premium brand's service center. I will not be bringing my vehicle back here, and I recommend others avoid this place if they value honest and trustworthy service.
Now let's grab some popcorn so they can argue with my review and try to claim they don't ever drain oil from the drain plug and that they only extract the oil...
Edit 10/28/24: I'm laughing at this response from the dealership! You guys would be a better fit for a law firm than service center with your amazing testimony. I purchased a drain plug at Audi Chandler for $10.16, and had the oil change performed by a trustworthy indepenent technician. Thanks for showing me how you value me as a customer!

Excellent customer service with Mark (Service Advisor) at Audi Gilbert. I’ve had trouble with my Audi that I could not get resolved. Mark not only found the issue but resolved it in a timely manner. During the process I was given a courtesy vehicle which made everything so much easier. He also kept me updated on the progress through texts, video and phone calls. He gave me an accurate timeline for the repairs and the parts being ordered. I picked up my car this morning and it finally drives like it’s supposed to! So happy!!

I was looking for a Q5 to replace my 2013 Q5. We had been to another Audi dealership and was a bit stressful and discouraging. We saw another car online at Gilbert Audi and decided to make the trip back to Phoenix and look at a 2021 Q5. Justin knew everything about the car, and taught us how to work everything. Larry the manager was an awesome guy as well as Ahamed. They are all exceptional people and made our trade-in and buying experience stress free and enjoyable. I highly recommend Gilbert Audi and Justin.

Audi Gilbert is amazing. Cheyene was my original contact, and I purchased my A5 convertible from her almost 2 years ago. I recently had a flat tire from a nail, and it was also time for my yearly maintenance. I came to the dealership with no appointment and Mark Taylor in service and Ken Benson in parts took amazing care of me. I got a loaner car right away--no easy feat with no appointment--and Mark managed to get me a deal on my tires that I can't believe--4 tires for the price of one!!!!! I also got my yearly maintenance done, which really helped me out. I am completely sold on Audi Gilbert (and its sister Subaru dealership), and my sweet, fast little A5. So is my girl Bella Bean, as you can see!

I recently purchased an Audi from Audi Gilbert, and the experience was exceptional, thanks to Orlando and Sales Manager Larry. Orlando was knowledgeable, attentive, and truly made the car-buying process enjoyable. He took the time to understand my needs and guided me to the perfect vehicle without any pressure. Larry stepped in to ensure everything went smoothly, and his professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident. Their excellent service instilled confidence in my purchase.
However, my experience changed when I reached the finance department with Ahamed. Despite loving the car and the excellent service from Orlando and Larry, I was almost ready to walk away. I had communicated the price range I needed to stay within, but I felt pressured into purchasing additional add-ons beyond my budget. The high-pressure tactics were disappointing and left a sour taste after an otherwise fantastic experience.
Despite the financial hiccup, I highly recommend Orlando, Larry, and Audi Gilbert. If you’re in the market for an Audi, be sure to ask for Orlando, and you’ll be in great hands. Just be cautious when you reach the finance stage, and make sure you stick to your budget.

Top notch dealership! I’ve been taking my car for regular service, oil changes, etc. and SCOTT P always goes above and beyond to make me feel welcome, superior customer service, and I will be referring the dealership to all of my family, friends and clients. I may just drive an Audi forever.

I've visited this dealership on 3-4 separate occasions in different years. Every time I visit, either they don't have the car I'm looking for, either for myself or my family member or friends. Sometimes, the salesperson doesn't even want to bother to give me a test drive. And every time I go next door to the Mercedes-benz dealership and buy a car because I get treated better and they always have plenty of choices with zero hassle test drives. Kind of sad that they keep missing out.
