We just purchased our 2nd and 3rd pieces of equipment from At Home Fitness in Gilbert, AZ. We went back because of the experience we had previously; the customer service; reliability; and professionalism of the team. Starting with Bryce our sales rep. He was not pushy, asked a lot of questions and provided us with many options before our purchase of an exercise bike and weight bench. We purchased a treadmill previously. Bryce explained the process to us and everything he said would happen, did. Chad called to schedule our delivery; Joni and Chase called an hour before arrival, and then showed up a few minutes earlier than expected. They assembled and setup the equipment, went over all the manuals and warranty paperwork with us, and left the house without leaving a mess or a trace they had been here! When Joni and Chase were extremely professional.

We had a great experience with At Home Fitness! From the first moment we walked into the Gilbert location, we had all our questions answered and were grateful for the wealth of knowledge the staff had for us. When it came time to delivery, they had complications with the truck; but they kept us informed of what was happening and the estimated arrival. Joni and Chase were professional during delivery and had the equipment set-up in no time flat! We couldn’t be happier with the purchase or the service we have experienced with At Home Fitness!!! Worked with At Home to get a treadmill. Started by calling and had all of my questions answered by Louis, who was also very helpful in store when I came to take look. No pressure, informative discussion. Once I purchased, delivery was fast and smooth. I recommend them highly if you're looking for quality exercise equipment!

We purchased an INSPIRE FT1 Functional Trainer and had it delivered and installed. Everything about our transaction and experience with At Home Fitness Gilbert was Awesome. Our sales Rep Justin Peck was exactly what you want in a salesperson. Not pushy, and very informative. The delivery and install went perfect. Joni and Chase showed up, unloaded, and had the whole machine set up and working perfectly in less than an hour. We will definitely go to these guys in the future for anything else we may need in the home gym. Quality, Price, and Professionalism delivered to your home.
