  HIGHLY recommend going to this facility. My quality of life was exponentially decreasing when I had my injury this past year. They were able to assess the situation and turned everything around.Salman, Braedan, Savannah, Alina, and the rest of the ROC Crew are amazing at what they do and they have fun doing it! I will continue to stay in touch with these great people and would encourage anyone who is looking to increase their health to go to this facility.

  My first time experiencing PT. The therapist (Salman) did a thorough assessment of my post-op condition and developed a progressive plan. Every movement and exercise was explained to regain strength, balance, and healing. Forever grateful for the individualized care I have received from the ROC team.

  I’ve been seeing Salman for close to a year now and he has helped me so much in my recovery and is great at what he does. The staff is knowledgeable and quick to respond if you ever need anything. I would absolutely recommend ROC physical therapy.

  I absolutely recommend ROC physical therapy. I came into physical therapy so miserable and at a dark place in my life with all of my injuries. And their physical therapist, Dr. Emily Fung was comforting and put my worries at ease. She was such a light in my life! Very professional, caring, and informative! I am SO grateful she was my physical therapist when I arrived. After 7 months or so she moved to a different location and I had Dr. Braeden Wills! I was nervous to have someone else but the first 5 minutes with him I knew I was in good hands. He always made me laugh and helped me tremendously. He is very knowledgeable and always had great tricks up his sleeve to help me! I loved all of the workers there and really appreciate Kaylee and Alina for being SO wonderful. Thank you ROC physical therapy for taking amazing care of me!

  First of all, I love this place. I have no previous experience with physical therapy, and I just didn’t really know anything about it. I assumed it worked for people, but didn’t really know exactly what it did to help. So nine broken ribs and a punctured lung later I got to experience it all for myself. I came in very limited in movement, very fearful of re-injury and skeptical, But hopeful.Dr Ashraf has now worked with me for weeks and has restored health, mindset and confidence in my day to day living.Without his guidance I would still be protecting the injury and weeks backward in health. He pushed me to understand my bodies abilities and what I am capable of doing. I feel stronger in mind and body and have knowledge how to now guide myself thru provided exercises to stay progressive so I do not go backwards and lose what I’ve gained. I have a new belief in myself and am extremely grateful. Thank you SO much!

  A great experience for me with ROC. I had shoulder issues and from my first appointment onward felt the treatment I received was beneficial and helped my range of motion, strength, and confidence to use my shoulder normally once again. Highly recommend ROC!

  I was very fortunate to have found this facility so close to my house. I actually was treated before by Salman who is now running this clinic. He is very receptive to injuries, progress, and most importantly my goals to recover from nagging back injuries from sports. He was able to bring me back to a level where I can train with intensity and be a functional father again. I am grateful to him and the staff.You can tell when someone is engaging and actually passionate with their career when there is not cell phone around the clinician, eye contact is consistent, and the patients say thank you at the end. Great staff, awesome therapist, and even better location (selfishly). Thanks Salman for all your work. Thanks ROC!

  Salman is really great! I have been progressing much quicker than anticipated thanks to his expertise and genuine care. He really thinks about what would benefit me the most and what exercises and modalities will produce good results. The other staff are also really positive and encouraging while I go through my recovery process!

  Braeden Willis, the physical therapist, did a great job helping me gain strength and endurance in my knees. He was knowledgeable, efficient and skilled. All the assistants were wonderful also in my treatment. Highest recommendation for ROC! Thanks everyone.

  ROC Physical Therapy was the most amazing therapy I have ever received anywhere. Salman, Braeden, Savannah and Alina are all professional, courteous and work great together.
