I was sold a terrible battery. It stopped working shortly after purchase. I was promised an exchange. When I show up to the store, they try to sell me more junk and refused to exchange my battery. I used to spend a lot of money at this place. No more.

this place is trash. workers are absolutely terrible. theres one nice guy but the rest are just brain dead. they dont ever hook it up, literally the only smoke shop i know that charges tax if you pay cash. i only come here when im in a super rush becahsw its a few miles from my work otherwise i would never set foot in here. place is a wreck. they also overprice a lot of stuff. they charge like $40 for zong nectar collectors those are free with any zong purchase most places just not good vibes here dont go unless you have too

Just got done here, before them had checked with 7 other shop and none had the item I was looking for, quick, friendly, and even held up a conversation and actually seemed like they enjoyed there job. Wish I could give more stars!!!!!

I almost don't want to leave a review because I feel like this is my secret gem! The nicest people work here and the dude there now with longer hair literally made my day. Great prices, deals, and they let you sample pretty much whatever you want in the store. I told the guy I have tried other shops, but this one has the selection I am always looking for. I realize now it's worth coming here just for the customer service. I feel like if I ever had an issue they would be helpful. This is one of the better shops around with no flash, just the products you came looking for.

I have been coming here for a little bit and I grabbed a vape that had a malfunction, and I showed it to them right after purchasing it and they told me the best they could do is 30% off of the new one and that they could not exchange it, but they would get to keep my old one and get a new one back from the company and the most I get is the 30% off a new one. This place is an absolute joke and not to mention I went somewhere else and got my vape $8 dollars cheaper so they are also taxing. I drive 20 minutes to go somewhere else when angel eye is four minutes away from me, I will avoid them at all cost

I bought a vape and whenever I hit it it malfunction and kept hitting so I asked them to exchange it right after purchasing it and they told me the best that they could do is 30% off a new one and they would get to keep the old one and send it in for a return, but all I get is a 30% off a new one. I have not been back cents and went somewhere else and I actually got my vape around $10 cheaper. This place is an absolute joke. customer service absolutely sucks. They are priced very very high. I now drive 20 minutes out of my way versus the four minutes to Angel eyes just so I can get good customer service and good quality product

9:22 AM, and this place opens up at nine. The staff here are consistently late. Nice people, but punctuality is not there strong suit.
