Purchased items 6 months ago, they sent me the wrong items, apologized, sent a return label, and never refunded. 6 months has gone by with multiple e mails and phone calls. They stole my $500.

This is an unbelievable place to get custom-made jewelry made to your specifications. You have to have an appointment to get in the front door. There is jewelry literally all over the place as you can also meet the artist. I originally went in to get a large belt buckle and I was like a kid in a candy shop. I bought the belt buckle. I saw on there website. I will be going back to have a ring made custom make for my hand, but the only problem is there's so many rings to choose from. I can solve this problem just by buying one of everything.

I'm not sure why people tolerate the disrespect that thrown at customers. I have family that live in this area (Mesa) and they know who these people are and Rude seems to be their middle name. I won't ever think about shopping here ever again.I've tried getting information on some jewelry (that I have in my cart ready to buy) and have left messages on voicemail and through their website and have had zero response. I know its "the" season, but it was a very simple question. If it's this hard to get an answer that you want to but, I can imagine how hard it would be to return something if need be. There are other places that would gladly take my money.Just a follow up. I found some place else to spend my money and the place is in AZ also. They gladly answered my questions and they gladly accepted my money and my items are shipping tomorrow. Either this place doesn't need the money or Richard has some worthless employees. Gave these guys a try 2 years in a row and the same results.....No Results. It won't happen a 3rd time. And the place I shopped at....they definitely knew who these jokers were at Alltribe.

DO NOT USE! They will take your money and not send you your order and not offer you a refund. Scammers, I spoke to them on the phone about home my 75$ perches never showed up even after paying for extra shipping. They said sorry it’s not there problem. Absolute thieves!

We used to live in Tucson so we had seen Navajo pearl necklaces in Santa Fe. My wife always wanted one so I ordered one from Alltribes webpage for my wife for her birthday. I should have known to not do it by myself. It was not what my wife wanted. Nancy and her team quickly let me send the original necklace back and gave me a credit towards a much larger necklace that they built to my own specifications/measurement. The wife loves it! Top notch customer service, a beautiful pruduct for a reasonable price. I will buy from them again in a heartbeat.

Avoid this place, they yell at potential customers and there is apparently a minimum purchase of $300 which is not indicated on any signs

The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and the merchandise was high quality. It should be noted that you need an appointment if you want to visit the shop, so please call the 800 number on the website.
