I prefer grocery shopping at this store vs Safeway as it's always clean, much less crowded, and actually has better selections. One significant difference I noticed is that this store does not run out of their weekly specials like Safeway does. This store has a very impressive extensive liquor section and a huge cooler dedicated just to beer. It's fun to browse and look at all the different variety they carry. They also have a beautiful floral shop and plant section too. Their bakery store is better than a lot of other stores and you can custom order any cakes. I really appreciate the always neatly organized and fresh vegetables. You will also find a ready to eat sushi section and different flavored chicken wings you can buy by the pound which is so convenient. Download the app and you can score some awesome deals too. Scored some chips for $1.97 each (regular price is $5.99) and some cage free eggs for $1.49. I have also never had to wait at the self checkout line so if you are in a hurry this store is very convenient.

In and out within 30 min thanks to very few ppl in the store. Clean store. Many friendly staff members. Hope Royal Cookies from the bakery are 'the best!'

Carter!! How could you leave us in Peoria?? :( if I have tracked to you to the correct location let me just say that Gilbert is lucky to have you!! Carter has been our cake decorator for years now & she absolutely kills it! I have brought in so many 4x6 prints of ideas from Pinterest & she brings the magic to life! It got to the point id just call and give her my ideas, what the occasion was, and colors I was using and tell her to do her thang!! And she never disappointed!! Ughh I'm so heartbroken when I called today for you to make my daughter's kindergarten graduation cake and found out you transferred stores :( you have made her cakes for everything since I gave birth! You are worth the drive so now that I know where you are I may just travel to you for your amazing work! It's definitely worth it!!

I love shopping at Albertsons. The grocery deals and coupons are great! There is a customer service/bagger named Quincy that is so friendly and helpful. She always says "Hi", asks how my day is going, and packs my groceries with care. She always brightens my day!

I wanted to thank Becky and Sara...the bakers who not only came through for a last minute cake request for a bridal shower for 30 women but it was the most delicious cake I have ever had so far. The event was this past Saturday 2/5/22. I'm still getting messages from the guest saying how good the cake was and how beautiful. They all want to know where I ordered it from. They both went above and beyond to make my request for the vision of the cake I wanted ordered for the bride-to-be. They exceeded my expectations and the bride loved it. I will continue to order my cakes from here and expect others to do the same. They will become very busy. A+

I don't know why a person needs to make an appointment for vaccines if there is going to be only one pharmacist on duty and he is going to wait on everyone in line and make you, the person with the appointment, wait and wait and wait.

The store is pretty average is grocery stores go. Can be a little higher priced on grocery items that aren't on sale. I will say that if you come to the store 2 hours before closing do yourself a favor and only pick up a few items. They don't have a cashier working a register after a certain time in the evening. It is all self-scaned. Complete pain in the butt.

When people think Albertsons they think overpriced; not at all! I have saved more money there than other grocery stores that advertise for savings. The managers and staff are great and very courteous. Also, during this pandemic they have been really clean and you feel safe entering this space.

Very clean friendly! The manager was at the door greeting and watching associates/people! Everyone was busy working it was clean neat organized! My first time at this location and I will be back! All the same Just4u deals here like Safeway! They were very well stocked! Great encouragement and customer service at the checkout with the cashier and clerk bagging my groceries! Awesome time! I highly recommended this location! A little pricey but I'm worth it! Overall great deals if you shop the sales... use the rewards. See ya next time

There is a young lady named Carrie that is a cashier. She is such an asset to the company. My entire bank shut down so I was not able to use my card. My transaction only totalled $1.38, Carrie actually reached into her pocket and gave me $2 of her own money to pay for my transaction. This was the most outstanding example of customer service that I have seen in a long time. This location was already my favorite. Thanks to Carrie I will no longer shop anyplace else!!!!!!!!!!! YOU ROCK CARRIE!!!!!!!!!

I'm in this location at least once per week. I pass 2 Safeway stores on my way but just prefer this location. It is always clean inside, aisles are nicely spaced, staff is always super friendly. My only issue which I encountered again today is the condition of the chips. Whomever you have stocking the shelves, be it a store employee or the delivery person needs to take better care of stocking the shelves. I wanted to take advantage of the sale today, must buy 3 to get each bag for $1.77 but each and every one of the 4 available bags of Tostitos wheat scoops were smashed. I'm taking bits visible through the peak a boo window of the bag. Thank goodness Mission chips were in better condition so I bought those. I guess I saved a bunch of calories though as I only walked out with 1 bag instead of the 3 bags required for the other sale.

Ordered my sons Birthday cake from here for pickup on 7/29/19! I came in two weeks prior with a picture of a Jurassic Park themed cake that I found online and showed the baker in hopes that they could do something similar! The baker was pretty sure that they could but she would need to consult with the head Baker and would call me later to confirm. They did in fact call me a few days later to confirm and assured me that my cake would be ready on the date I requested! When I went to pick up my sons cake I was absolutely thrilled with the finished product! The cake was super cute and just what I wanted! I however was running a little behind schedule and forgot to bring the toy dinosaur decorations and candles that I purchased for the cake but "Misty" the baker had everything that I needed on hand and truly helped me get my life back in order !! Everyone at my sons birthday party loved the cake and it was definitely one of the best tasting cakes I've had! Just wanna Thank Misty and her team again for the great cake and outstanding customer service!

The attitudes of the customer service crew are CRAZY. I cannot believe how I've been lectured about the app not working properly, or how I've had to wait in line for a refund for a price difference since people can't pull tags from a week ago, before customer service opens, just to be scolded by Sheila who apparently is the mother of the store, that I have to wait in line, because apparently she has no idea what is happening in front of her. That's a hell of sentence. And these examples were a hell of an awful customer experience. This store experience is like what I imagine it's like for a now single divorced mother to have to go to their super judgmental and religious aunt's thanksgiving dinner.

Shop here only because this is the closest store to our house. They hardly ever have more than one cash register open in the evening. Customer service is poor. Their digital coupons almost never are applied to receipts and I have to scrutinize every item. Fry's and even Walmart's markets are much more reliable.
