Affirmative air was dispatched by AHS. They came out said it was repaired. When I came back it was apparent they hadn't touched the unit I put in a claim about. They came back out and said they made additional repairs. It is still not working. I can't get anyone to call me back, the house is over 100 degrees on the inside.

Ian and Brian just left our home after changing the compressor on our A.C. Unit. Very professional and polite. They completed the job in less than 2 hrs. We were out A.C. for 6 days. Affirmative Air Conditioning came out and diagnosed the issue on Thursday and because of the weekend it took a while for my Warranty company to approve the work. The day it was approved Affirmative Air Conditioning called and stated they would be out the next day to complete the work. Great Job Thank you

Showed up late for 4 hour window, then diagnosed the issue with an outside coil broken leaking all the R22 Freon out then had us wait 11 days to repair it and then today when technician shows up he’s there to fix an entirely different issue that wasn’t even discussed and ends up leaving without doing any repairs at all. Then I call the company who never answers the phone and I find out from the extended warranty company they don’t want to work on the issue now because I have a bad attitude. Gee I wonder why! As a business owner of several locations I’d expect more from this company but hey I guess if dropping the ball is ok, continue on.

My home warranty company notified which company was company was coming out and Within 30 minutes company text me and let me know which Technician would be out and at what time.Daniel was on time very professional ,knowledgeable and informative I was a service technician for a propane company for 30 years I've worked with and trained several technicians Daniel is a great asset to your company

My experience with Affirmative Air has been nothing less than 5+star. Starting with Chris, who evaluated my problem and offered solutions to Brian and Ian who performed my install professionally and timely. I am currently enjoying cool air, where previously I was sweating in a house that couldn't do better 85 degrees. If you need service or replacement done professionally and reasonably, I recommend Affirmative Air.

Brian and Ian have been to our home a few times now and every time their service is above and beyond. They are always understanding, always have a smile on their faces, and work to always make sure the units are satisfactory. These guys are the real heroes.

If I could leave a 0 star I would have. They showed up twice in different days Charles was the tech. Ac is not working at all said each time he fixed it. My home has a pregnant wife and 4 dogs and trying to get an emergency tech and they will not answer not even for my home warranty company. Don’t ever use them STAY AWAY!!

So where to begin...We were out of town in CA and I got a notice from our Nest thermostat that our temp threshold in the house hit 95. I went into panic mode because of our cat that was being watched. I put in a work order to our Home Warranty with American Home Shield. Being the weekend I knew we wouldn't be contacted till Mon. Monday rolls around and we are driving back from CA and I get the call in the car that they can come out on Thursday. I already anticipated having to be hot for a few days so I preordered a pick up portable AC from Sam's Club. We make due till Thursday...in hell. Anyways Chris shows up promptly on Thursday at 8:20 and I kid you not, he was done in 40 min. I explained the situation, he immediately diagnosed it, luckily had the parts and TCOB. His demeanor the entire time was nothing but professional. My kids cheered when we said the AC was fixed. Thanks so much for getting us back and cool!!!

I live in Scottsdale & I just had a new heat pump installed. I highly recommend them. Brian & Ian, who provided installation, were on time, knowledgeable, patient, & professional. The unit & the thermostat were installed quickly & without any issues. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience... Initially I got 4 separate quotes for the job, & Affirmative Air — highly recommended by my sister —gave us the best deal by far. Christian, who came out & provided the quote, far exceeded my expectations. He was also knowledgeable & professional, patiently answered all my questions, & never tried to hard sell me. I found Christian, Brian, Ian, & everybody I spoke to at their office to be super friendly, & genuinely interested in providing me with the best service, at the best price, with the best experience possible. I rate them with 5 stars & 2 very enthusiastic thumbs up!

I want to thank Chris, he came out late Friday afternoon to fix my 88 year old mom's unit on her trailer. Chris was so kind and very thoughtful for the safety of my mom he took care of everything and got it back up and running. My mom is happy back in her home. Thank you.
