I can't believe there's even a review option for this business. The IRS has asked the Arizona Attorney General to ban them from doing business for past fraud. The scam- as it was presented to me by my scamming sibling Barry Temple - was that Al Decker knew the safe limits that you could claim on mortgage interest deductions before it triggered a red flag to the IRS. So... Even though there was documentation of how much mortgage interest you paid that was sent to the IRS, Al knew better. He would fraudulently make that number much, much higher so that you would get a bigger refund. Again, I never took part in this because it was unethical, illegal and demonstrably risky and stupid. My idiot brother fell for it, and tried to get me and his mother and the others involved. If they are truly still in business - avoid them at all cost. justice.gov/opa/pr/justi…

My tax return was done professionally & accurately. Answered all my questions. Fee was a reasonable $50. I will continue to use Accountable Business Services as my tax preparer.

I've never experienced such a terrible tax service in my life. I was referred to this company by a friend who said these people knew what they were doing. On February 03, I dropped off my tax paperwork to be filed. I was quoted $50 for the charge and I was told I'd receive a call within a few business days when all the paperwork was ready to be signed.
A week went by and I heard nothing. When I called to check the status of my paperwork, the woman who answered the phone said she couldn't find anything with my name on it. She said she'd take my number and call me back. I received a call almost a week later saying my paperwork had been found and that I could go in to sign the documentation and pay for the services.
I went in to pay for said services on February 17th and I was told by a woman at the front desk that it would be $100. I politely let her know that I was quoted $50 and she honored that quote. That was nice. I paid for the services and was told they would be mailing out my taxes that day. Mailing. As in paper mail. Had I known sooner that they'd be mailing my taxes, I would've never utilized their services.
It's been 3 months and I've still received nothing. I checked my tax processing status with the state and they tell me they've received nothing. I'm so annoyed. I've been calling for the last month only to get an answering machine that doesn't give me an option to leave a voicemail because the voice mailbox is full.
Absolutely ridiculous. I'll stick with H&R Block next year.

Herman was great, I do my business and personal tax with him. Also he provided lots of great consultation regarding another business I was interested in. He does everything electronically and fast.

I'm not sure why anyone would give this business anything but 5 stars. AL has been doing our taxes for more years than I can count. He does my whole family's also. Everyone in the office is super friendly and down to Earth. I have never had a problem with a return, nor has any one of my family members. I will never go to anyone else.

I have never had such a poor experience with any company. Poor customer service and incorrect information on our returns resulting in two ammendments. Worst of all, they made everything out to be our fault.

They are amazing over there at Accountable Business Services; Family friendly, and quick. Generally taxes can be stressful, but these guys make everything seem like a breeze. Highly recommend.
