MY LINCOLN TOWN CAR RAN GREAT BEFORE I TOOK IT THERE AND RUNS LIKE CRAP AND MISFIRING AFTER MY VISIT. I WILL BE REACHING OUT TO BBB. 1st time there was geat! 2nd time they gave me a false quoted but I worked it out with the manager and it was ok. 3rd time - i should have never came back, they said they could tighten my steering gear but once i came they said they will not do it and my car out of no where runs poorly, no power and misfiring, not sure what they did to it!

I've been a AAA member for years. I always receive top-notch service from them. AAA auto repair is always reliable, honest and dependable. Hard to find an auto repair shop with their type of integrity these days.

Overall a great experience. Staff is kind, professional, and efficient. Work was good and price was good. Warranty is fantastic. If I had to gripe about anything, it would be the cabin air filter charge. We took car in for CV boot repair issue and that was it. Was reviewing multi point inspection notes and it mentioned it was dirty. I had planned on replacing the filters in both my cars. Upon reviewing the receipt, I noted they took it upon themselves to replace without notice or authorization - for the price of $70 ($20 for the filter and $50 labor).

Rick was honest and set clear expectations for me up front. After I dropped my car off Mark helped me and was friendly and professional. They fixed my car same day on a weekend and got me out the door cheaper than anywhere else close by. Great team, thank you!

They are amazing. They will let me know what repairs need to be made and what I can wait on due to budget constraints. As a AAA member I get discounts and that is always great. The work is always top-notch and the guys that work the front desk are informative and kind.

Rick is great and always helps me out when checking in/out my vehicle. Cost & labor is typically fair priced here. Customer service is much better here than elsewhere which is why I return.
