  They have THE best customer service! I've called them so many times (being 40 minutes away) and they've lovingly helped me everytime. Super sweet staff working there, easy to work with and they're so sweet and considerate. I'm so thankful for them.

  We are only in Fredonia for the winter months, and receive our mail General Delivery, so we are at the front desk often. It is always a joy to be greeted by Hope, the postmaster, who is consistently friendly and accommodating, one of things we appreciate here in Fredonia.

  The staff is always attentive, nice and polite. It's a refreshing change from going to much busier post offices.
