Pulled up to drive-through to pick up script. . One (1) car ahead of me. Actually sat there for at least :15+ minutes. 1st and last time there. Been going to CVS for 20+ years and have Never sat in the drive-through like that. Something wrong with their system.

You are better off sitting in the comfort of your home and ordering from Amazon instead of wasting gas going to Walgreens and finding they do not have what you need. I quit using the pharmacy several years ago when a dermatology crème I needed I thought had to be ordered at a pharmacy. Walgreens was going to charge me over sixty dollars. I ordered it from Amazon for far less. If the price does not seem right, back off and do more checking. For all those waiting in huge lines think of the pharmacy in Target instead of Walgreens Nancy O

Walgreens photo is my go to provider of color prints. They are the best value for the dollar for all you color printing needs.

Warning....if you make an appointment (and get a confirmation number from Walgreens) for a COVID vaccine, that does not necessarily mean anything. Took my 83 year old, immunocompromised, mother for her booster shot and they said they had no vaccine available. When I showed them my confirmation number and emailed appointment confirmation, they said it didn't matter because they don't have any vaccine. Reminds me of the old Seinfeld bit at the rental car agency when they didn't have his rental car. "Anyone can take a reservation, the trick part is actually following through." So, I'm reluctant to make another vaccine appointment because I'll never know if they will actually be able to "follow through" with the vaccine despite having a reservation.

A very unsatisfactory experience at Walgreens. I waited in line for 25 minutes only to be told my name did not show up on the appt list--even though I had signed up appropriately. So, from their perspective--End of story-- No apology, No problem solving--just a mumbled "that's the way it works" from the shift manager. If I could--I would give them zero stars. No effort or concern--because --that's the way it works at Walgreens....I won't be back...

Tried every day this week to stop and pick up my meds. Hour wait inside (20 people in line), same amount of time to wait for the drive through (12 cars in line). Guess I'll have to try it again tomorrow. Craziness!

When it takes 10+ minutes per car to pick up a Rx in the drive up area, you wonder if they're dropping off and waiting for it to be refilled.

All of the negative reviews coming in before this one concerning the Pharmacy services are 100% on target with absolutely no exaggeration. I have waited on the phone on hold for at least 1 hour and the call is never picked up. I have even gone so far as to walk into the pharmacy with the call on hold only to see no customers at the counter, no customers in line, no customers lined up at the drive-thru.....AND STILL, NO ONE PICKED UP MY PHONE CALL!!! That is one f*** of a way to run a business, and frankly, the Covid excuse has become old, worn out and over used. Walgreens in Fountain Hills must not realize that the Safeway Pharmacy directly next door to Walgreens picks up calls in well under 5 minutes. The manager, Alicia, should be held accountable for the poor service.....but it would probably be easier to just take your business elsewhere. Once a company enters into the "millennial slacker" mode, there is not much that can be done to change the management vibe.

I've read the many negative reviews about this store but cannot say my experiences here have been as such. Though I've never used the pharmacy, I have purchased groceries, had passport photos taken, etc. and always found the staff to be friendly. Walgreens always has what I need in stock. I wanted to show a little love to a store that seems to take it pretty hard on here. Suppose it all depends on what you're needing and when.

Horrible wait times and the pharmacy never answers their phone..ridiculous. already complained to the corporate office and store manager. Drove by and they still had me on hold and they had no one in line..total slack crew.

Jon is the most disrespectful, self centered assistant manager I have ever met. He continuously talks bad about his employees behind everyone's back, and even calls them names to their faces. Alicia, the store manager, never writes him up for any of the bullying he continuously puts on all of his employees, and neither of them care to have their workers stay for 16 hours a day just to complete what they want, giving no thanks to anyone whatsoever. If I could I would give them a negative rating because this store is so f***** up and I with it would get taken down.

I went into this stoor in a happy mood, when a worker there named Melissa was just being so rude. She made my mood go down entirely, and she wasn't even working. She was walking around the store doing nothing and pretending to work. I go to walgreens all the time, now I dont want to go there because this lady makes me feel unhappy all the time. I wont be coming back until she is gone and wont be putting down my mood anymore. Women like that should not be working there and pretending to help people.

9/15/2019 early a.m. Went in to get our flu shots. Waited in line behind a very elderly person using a walker who had been waiting in line when we arrived. Finally, the pharmacist appeared was curt at best to this elderly person telling them to sit down & wait to fill out paperwork for a shingles shot. We mentioned to hopefully save time, that we were there to get flu shots thinking it would help her get our paperwork at the same time. The pharmacist, harried & rudely replied, "well, it'll be a while!". This pharmacy is almost always short staffed, unfriendly, & rude. Not to worry Walgreens, CVS appreciates the business. Only reason we go in there or use drive up is my Rx plan which I'm considering switching because we're just tired of them.
