Amazing service. One man show helped so many at once I’m impressed. There was a bit of a wait but he was working so hard I couldn’t be upset(set an appointment and you’ll be fine). I forgot his name unfortunately… I think it’s Walt.. he was very knowledgeable and efficient.

I stopped in to buy a new phone and received a half hearted one word greeting "Welcome". For the next 10 minutes we were ignored so we walked out. I then went and called to make an appointment. I was scheduled for a 2PM appointment and was told to get there 20 minutes early. When I got there, I mentioned that I had a 2PM appointment. Without looking up from her computer, the blonde employee told me that they don't receive notices for appointments and I would have to wait like the other customers or schedule an appointment with her. When I said then let's schedule an appointment she said she was busy and proceeded to ignore me until I walked out. I have never seen such rude and poor customer service in my life! I don't know how you stay in business. I proceeded to go to the Verizon store at 114th St and Shea Blvd and was immediately greeted. They said it would be a few minutes and was given a water while we waited. What a refreshing difference from the Fountain Hills store. I ended up buying 2 new phones for my wife and myself along with the needed accessories. They understand customer service and highly recommend them over the Fountain Hills store where they are understaffed and do not understand how to treat customers.

I would recommend to do business somewhere else, this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I feel so disappointed, taken advantage of and let down because of this store. I have been in to this store 3 times, called the store with no answer 2 times, called and was told I’d get a call back 1 time, called Verizon customer care 4 times to have a billing issue resolved because of an error cause by one of the reps incorrectly applying a promo on my account. Due to this incorrect promo application, customer care tells me the store will have to correct the issue, when I go to the store they say customer care has to fix the issue… can no one take ownership and help me!? Each time someone drops the ball. It’s so disappointing and such a huge waste of time. So far, the store manager Jose, his manager Jessica, the 2 reps at the store, Cole and Michael (who left to be a manager at another store), have not resolved my issue. All I want is what was promised to me and promoted to me. If I had know, this experience would be this difficult and stressful I never would have done business here.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Had about a 15 min wait, but that was because they took the time needed with each customer
