I hope these are read. I tried to call but couldn't get through.I was extremely rude to supervisor Jared (unsure of spelling) today and deeply apologize. He was perfectly helpful and handled my uncalled for rage like a champ. I'm very sorry Jared, you're doing great and I hope you get some recognition for it.

Everyone should call their number and put it on re-dial until somebody answers the phone. Unprofessional.

Package was marked as delivered in the mailbox but the package was no where to be found. This is ridiculous
