This morning I had to get documents printed. The new bald guy was not very helpful and seemed like he was just there because he had no other place to be. No smile, no spring in his step or care to really help me and it felt odd.
Naomi and the other girl Shy hustled. Just not at all what a quality employee should behave like. I have run 2 businesses and this is not what you want as the face of your business. You want someone who is lively and warm and friendly to greet customers. Clearly there is a low supply of hard working quality individuals who are willing to put in any effort nowadays.

I called this location to see if they do fingerprints at the current time (I know the times differ at places) it was 05:24pm. I was told by Naomi that yes, I could come in and get them done. After driving 15 minutes to get there, I was told by Naomi that she’s sorry that she told me that because they stop doing fingerprints at 05:30pm. The staff here need to be more knowledgeable and communicate with people better.

Please go there if you want to watch the employees have Social Hour. The guy with the beard had zero sense of humor and made it so unpleasant I promise I will never be back! Keep your negativity to yourself and don't infect it to your customers

Every time I go into this store, the employees are upbeat and professional. Today I called looking for help finding an office supply item that I could not find elsewhere in town, and (presumably) the manager went out of her way to help me out.... I've been using this UPS store for many years and the service has always been great. Lately I noticed a major change over the past few months or so. Service quality has dropped dramatically. Sure, the employees seem to be nice, but what’s the point when all you hear is loud rap music blaring away for the 15 minutes you’re waiting in line trying to mail a package. No thanks. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere of course.
