Worst customer service experience I have ever had from a bank. Don't bother making deposits at this branch not worth the trouble. Did I mention awful customer service by Diego and Daniel. The mobile deposit customer service blames the local branch and the local branch blames mobile banking - both lying to the customer. Avoid this regional bank at all costs and do business with larger banks that have their act together and know how to treat customers.

The ATM is a 50% chance it will not be working! This is frustrating. The staff inside the bank has always been helpful.

Great people working there. Friendly, professional and go beyond the required to be of help. Very frustrated with how long it takes to get a debit card when you join UMB. I joined another bank in town. Bank of America and had my debit card within 5 days. I am still waiting going on week 3 for this bank card. This means I have to keep driving to the bank for cash for groceries, gas and forget online shopping as I don’t have a card yet.:( Frustrating!
