“Thanks to Snap Towing for a great experience today!! Memorial day weekend and off to the trails in Four Peaks and seems the jeep just did not want to play fair today. We had bad cell phone coverage and only text through cell phone would work along with email, we did complete transaction this way, they communicated with me through every step by text. They were concerned mostly with my well being in the heat and stranded. Mike the tow truck driver was completely professional. Most definitely will use again in the future!! Great work Snap Towing !!!!!”
