“Quick Service and accommodating. I would have given a 4 or 5 star but the manager, Barry, and I had a miscommunication regarding the price. I acquiesced and he said because of my attitude he would apply a discount coupon for the service done. It was not applied.
UPDATE: Barry reached out to me after the above review and apologized for the oversight and he more than made up for the mistake. To me this is clear evidence of a good business man and he and his shop have gained my trust. It is difficult to find an auto repair shop that you can trust. I believe I have found one!”

Mike took this matter into his own hands and personally assured I got the vehicle out as soon as possible and we beat the 6 O'clock closing. The willingness to go the extra mile is appreciated! We have since spoken and hopefully are good.
The newest on-line scheduling and communication features have some issues. I'm sure I can't be the only customer that experienced or experiences them, and Discount will get those worked out eventually. Why am I still getting text messages and e-mails that notify me my tire has arrived, to schedule an appointment as soon as possible, and that my vehicle is ready for pickup ...a day after I already picked the vehicle up there? I am certain this is in large part contributed to the communication issues I described below in my original review. It can't be any fun working with a flawed technology, angry customers and the day-to-day issues of running the business. Corporate might want to put this at their list of items to examine...it would sure help the communication issues go more smoothly.

Been doing business with this store in FH for well over 20 years and a number of vehicles.
Today was a disappointing experience.
Brought my vehicle in around 10AM for a low pressure warning. Was told it would be likely 90 minutes wait. I arranged to get a ride after waiting about 25 minutes as it was just sitting in the parking lot, not even been looked at yet in a service bay. Got a call back around noon, told they couldn't repair the tire but would have one delivered and mounted today.
Was texted around 3:30 tire arrived, they would be mounting it shortly. Called around 4:30 to confirm ETA, was told they were working on it
Arrived at 5:30 for what I thought would be an easy pickup. Still sitting in the parking lot. Approaching 6PM still not finished.
I get that everyone is busy, shorthanded, overworked, stressed out, etc., but accurate and truthful communication definitely broke down here today for my situation.
Not a good experience...I hope your experience if you choose to do business with them goes better.”
