The most nicest dispatcher(Curtis). Answered questions and concerns since I had no point of reference. ( No mmp # and the turnout I was on had no signs before or at where I was but Mike the driver found me. Not a long wait and very professional and personable. Got my tire changed and even told me to go first and he would follow. Thank you very much Curtis and Mike for you help very fast. Thank you Curtis for calling during the wait to keep me up to date on the driver.

Set it up through AC DELCO for a tow from Queen Creek to Gilbert. Great communication, no problems with tow.

Thanks to Snap Towing for a great experience today!! Memorial day weekend and off to the trails in Four Peaks and seems the jeep just did not want to play fair today. We had bad cell phone coverage and only text through cell phone would work along with email, we did complete transaction this way, they communicated with me through every step by text. They were concerned mostly with my well being in the heat and stranded. Mike the tow truck driver was completely professional. Most definitely will use again in the future!! Great work Snap Towing !!!!!

For a simple towing they wanted over 1000 dollars. Tow at your own risk! Curtis argued and assaulted me and wouldn't show up multiple days in a row. We had to just pay up over 1000 in cash to these idiots. Make sure to get a price from them first or NEVER EVER GO HERE PERIOD.

never ever go here they are a scam they will do anything to get your money and will not help in any way left car damaged and dirty they won’t answer the phone when called and when they give meet up times they don’t show up

Broke down on i17 north of Mayer. I consider myself damn lucky that AAA sent Snap Towing. My tow driver, Roger, REPEATEDLY saved me. This very kind man fixed my tire, investigated my brakes, and followed me home at 15-35 mph. It took hours. Roger never showed frustration (while I swore like a sailor), he made me laugh, he was extremely considerate, he was beyond kind. Truly, a white knight rescuing me. It took over 4 hours to see me home safely. And that was what was most important to him, my safety! You just don’t come across this kind of impressive human often enough. Roger, I hope you see this, and I hope you know and feel the immense gratitude I have for all that you did for me. You’ve restored my faith in humanity as well. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you!!

Curtis and his team at Snap Towing are incredible! A+ communication throughout our entire vehicle break-down saga. Snap Towing went above and beyond to get our broke-down vehicle from Phoenix down to Tucson to be diagnosed/repaired. What a ripp off called at 630 am guy says it will be 45 min so I waited on the side of the b line for almost 2 hours . Called me 3 times aking my location . Guy comes puts a big scratch in my car tells me it's 479.00 to tow me 19 miles what a ripp off never using these guys again . Had them take my car off truck called another tow company they showed up 20 min charged me 176.00 dollarsService: Car towing

We just had the horrible experience of having our tow vehicle's engine "grenade" itself all over the Beeline highway, headed from Phoenix to Michigan. ("Made it to within 1,980 miles!")I immediately began calling tow companies, got in touch with Snap. I explained that we had an SUV which had just thrown a rod through the oil pan, a 20' camper behind it, two adults, and two German Shepherds involved."Not a problem."That was what I needed to hear in that particular moment.It took time for them to get there, but that was to be expected - it took time for us to get to the point where we broke down.When they got there, Cliff and his assistant helped through the next hurdle - vehicles with pushbutton transmissions typically CANNOT be shifted into Neutral unless the engine is running. Not sure what "design by committee" group decided THAT particular feature, but they should be slapped, HARD. 6 quarts of oil all over the shoulder and a con rod puncturing the oil pan... Not gonna start. So after consulting the dealership, they simply dragged the SUV onto the flat bed. We hooked up the trailer, and went.This was NOT an inexpensive tow, and no one in their right mind would expect it to be. (I now have RV tow and roadside assistance - hindsight = 20/20)Snap's guys were understanding, courteous, emphasized safety, gave us water (good stuff, and plenty of it too) and helped me maintain my sense of humor through this ordeal.They dropped the trailer at our house (Cliff backed that thing into my driveway with surgical precision), and they helped us get our geriatric German Shepherd with bad hips out of the back. Poor guys left covered in dog hair - with no complaints.) They then took the SUV to the repair shop for... evaluation (I told the shop manager it had a burned out tail light and was low on windshield fluid, but he could "check to see if there was anything else wrong" LOL!)So, Snap Towing - when you're in a situation like ours, "Not a problem" is their answer, so...
