Excellent pharmacy... Staff is kind and knowledgeable. The service is always wonderful... The line moves rather quickly, if there is one...

I called Fry's Pharmacy in Fountain Hils, AZ six times this morning. and on each call, I was told "I am transferring you to the pharmacist" and on each call, the line was then just hung up. I then call ed Fry's store number five times where I was told, "you are being transferred to a store manager" and the line again was hung up. total 10 times. I called Fry's Corp office in Phoenix, where after a several minute wait I was told "I would be transferred to a district manager for the Fountain Hills area", I was then transferred to fry's online ordering system? I gave up - Fry's really has some problems.

store is a mess, shelves aren't stocked, and management is incompetent and rude. Specifically avoid the assistant manager Gayla, she's by the far the most useless employee there

Rediculous service. Swarmed with teenagers that wanted to laugh at my family because we left the store 3 minutes after hours. Very upsetting. Hopefully management fixes their game.

Absolutely unbelievable. No help at all today at the courtesy desk. I was told no one could help me today. Freddy a person that I asked for help said we can't help you today. Guess I'm off to Safeway

We live in Eagle Mountain, so this Fry's is right next to our house. The things I love about it are: - good value, meaning good prices and decent quality. - very friendly customer service. I'm not sure why some reviewers here had a negative experience, but I always have had a positive experience, and I come here a few times a week. I come here with a smile, and I get a smile back. You attract what you project - there is a Walgreens pharmacy in it, and you get very warm, personalized service there, too. - you get Fry's points, which saves you $.10 off per gallon of gas at shell stations for every hundred dollars you spend in groceries, or at the pharmacy. - there is a mini organic market section next to the door, which has a lot of what you might find in Sprouts or Whole Foods, all in one place. It's like a mini convenience store within the larger store. Sometimes you can find exactly what you need right in that area, and be in and out. - "nobody leaves the deli without a full belly" according to Ken. You will get samples at the deli, and stuff is so delicious you will take some home. - it has the most amazing view and sunsets, seriously!! So when you're in the area, or if you live in the area, check it out!

I had a prescription refiled. Have taken thousands of this pill over the years. The last refill I could immediately tell it was different from the pill I took the day before, in action. Looked the same. When I called them they made it sound like my fault! Refused to do anything! Over a cheap generic med. I just wanted to exchange for a different batch since I never had a problem before. Switching all 8 of my prescriptions elsewhere. Irony is this one is actually the cheapest I get! Horrible store and pharmacist, the old white guy, is bigoted.
