If you love horrendous customer service, Pony Express is your place. Their staff is astonishingly rude and their posted store hours is an aspirational goal and they don’t remotely open on-time, thus wasting your time and effort, as a customer.

I been going here for almost 6 years. Never have I been upset or angry with this company. It is spotty service around lunch time but hey it's a one man shop and we all have to eat lunch. Thank you john for the great service all the time

I went in to return a package via FedEx. I had to print the label and tape up the box. I was charged $5 for computer services to print one piece of paper, and charged $4 for supplies to use their tape to tape the top of two boxes. I will never go back to this business as they take total advantage of their customers.

I drove from out of town because this was the closest place that could print my FedEx overnight label for a contract that needed to get there overnight. Even though the website said they were open they were closed with a note on the door. When I went to UPS they said ... let me guess, you went to Pony Express and they were closed! They said Pony Express is closed all the time when they are supposed to be open. Then Walgreens said the same thing. Not impressed!

The service at FH Pony Express is awesome. We found the owner friendly and helpful. He went way out of his way to make sure our packages were well wrapped and found the cheapest way to deliver them. What a kind man!

good people, always kind and with a positive attitude. offers 3 different shipping options, fedex ups and usps. always provides me the best options for my needs. no complaits here. will be foing back for sure

The last 5 Times I went here to ship a package the store has been closed during stated business hours. No notice on the website. You have to call to check for being open. Apparently this is a cottage business open on owner's whim. Don't know their issues but just a waste on my time. Suggest the UPS store or USPS in FH since these are open for business locations on a professional level. Have expressed my concerns to Fedex about there involvement with this sometimes business since choices for this carrier are limited. Very unreliable.

This is by far the worse shipping center, I've never seen a place be closed more during working hours then this store. When it is open, the guy is rude like he doesn't want to be open.
