Just wanted to remind everyone how awful of a store manager and person Brandon is. You really have to feel bad for his employees because I know most of them work hard and are good people.Update: They’re not personal attacks, they are true. I feel like your customers should know about how treats employees and customers in general.Also, I did tell you previously about Brandon’s poor attitude but you didn’t care so I thought reviews would be helpful.Have a great day.

Fountain Hills, AZ: The friendly help, the willingness to explain choices and advice for best use of items is part of why I come back often!! Personal service at it's best. The front check out is staffed by friendly, helpful and efficient personnel too. Recently I accidentally dropped a $20.00 bill while shopping here. At check out I asked if it had been turned in and it hadn't. I had retraced my steps and couldn't find it. I figured that someone in need had found it. Today I was back in the store and she asked me if I had ever found my $20.00 { I thought maybe I had left it at home, but didn't think so.] I said no, it had never shown up. WELLLLL---One of the employees had found it and they had been trying to reach me without success. It was there with my information and was returned to me!! WOWOWOW. Talk about going the extra mile. I am delighted by their efforts and not surprised by their integrity. My Ace is the BEST and it is because of the people! not just the products. My grin is still wide as I celebrate the kindness and attention to helping me. You all are the BEST. Service, integrity, good products, education and WOW the paint department is stellar, love the expanded space. AND GREAT personnel, there is always a professional employee nearby to help and make suggestions. Thank you Paul's Ace Hardware.

Paul's Ace Hardware in Fountain nHills, AZ, is our go-to place, whenever we are in need of anything hardware-related or when we need advice or a helping hand/fix-it person. Just like the Scottsdale, Via Linda Store, Fountain Hills is even better because of the extra inventory they have. Just a great personal experience every time. Prices are competitive to HD, but without the hassle of a giant store. Everyone is friendly, and if you use the coupon you get the more you shop, you can really save a good amount of money over time. If it's basic stuff I need, or a custom order, it's always a great experience.

I’d give zero stars if I could. Brandon is by far the worst “manager” I’ve ever dealt with in retail business. He’s clueless, rude and a completely useless at helping anyone. I’d avoid this store at all costs and avoid Brandon even more.
