Absolutely terrible could not even get the move done because the estimater never even showed up after three appointments never even called to cancel. After waiting for three Thursdays in a row for David to show up we cancelled the move since we did not know if the movers would even show up on the day of the move. The kept my deposit of $119 which they said they would refund and then changed their mind. After calling for my refund David hung up on me each time I tried to reason with him about my deposit. If you go with them do not give them a deposit they will not give it back. Barbara and Ray Hokanson I went into store to get refund and I was given a gift certificate instead of my money so the matter was resolved.
