The store manager, Yair, and the other sales reps, Leslye and Alexis all assisted in the transfer of my data when not busy with their own customers - therefore speeding up the process for me. All in all they made what usually is a stressful experience very pleasant. I was amazed at the quality of Customer Service the staff provided to all of the Customers.
