My experience at MidFirst Bank was very pleasant the tellers were extremely helpful the staff and facility was clean and I was greeted immediately when I entered the bank. Thank you.

Nice people.Good interest rates on savings and six month CDs.When we opened a new account they put an ALMOST THREE WEEK hold on the funds.The day after opening the new account we checked with the bank that the check was from and the check had cleared.Whats with that? In today's world of almost instant digital online transactions between banks,isn't that called "kiting"?Having second thoughts, no way will we now move our auto deposits to them or put big money there.

I do not recommend this bank. They erroneously closed my savings account where I was receiving a government deposit each month. The deposit was sent back erroneously and I'm now dealing with a nightmare. I'm moving to another Bank.

Great Bank if you like to control your family! They allowed Joni Kay MacDowell to close accounts in my name and everything! Sherwood and Stephanie are the best!

BIPOC business owners warning: Redline. I went to open a business bank account with all paperwork and was sent away twice without an account. The first time she wouldn't recognize my diplomat passport as an ID and when I came back with another ID I was sent away again because she couldn't verify my business online because of her firewall. I offered to look it up on my phone for her but she had already decided that she was done helping us for the day.

I was in the process of switching over from another bank and I went into the Fountain Hills Branch this morning to make one of my first deposits. The teller had my account pulled up before I could even get my debit card out of my pocket! I was very impressed! The manager of this branch is very professional and she's really on her game. After this morning I can see that her tellers and her staff are really on their game too! I'm glad that I made the switch to Midfirst and I have a good feeling about our future together with my personal and business accounts. They're a true 5 star bank!

DO NOT GO TO THIS BANK FOR A PREQUALIFY HOME LOAN!! When meeting with the loan officer and providing all of the requested documents, I was asked to come back an hour later as he was to check my credit scores, and then we would have further conversation. I came back but he had left and I was told he was not coming back!! I never received a phone call or message from him concerning my prequalify. Terrible service and unreliable.
