After an hour of working on available and offered financing, in the store, we got the run around and constantly redirected to different bank associates. NEVER have we had that problem. It was ridiculous. We finally ended up paying cash but I am very disappointed that it took this turn and feel mislead. Our salesman was very nice or we would have cancelled the sale. We will not be returning to Mattress Firm which is a shame because we will soon be in the market for another mattress.
