Great team that works here. I will say you will have to be patient. I have never been able to call them and get them. I always have to leave a message. They do, however, get back to you and give you very personalized service. They are extremely professional and know what they are doing.

The most incredible experience I’ve ever had. Not because I have the same last name, they have been doing my insurance for years and I have since moved out of state. The team is so incredible that they have actually had to call new offices that I now do insurance with and have had to teach them how to do certain things. The staff is a joy, and cares deeply for customers. They do everything they can. They go the extra mile and a half to help. I wish I still lived in AZ to have them insure me.

Kathy Garrett has been my agent for years. I absolutely love the service her office staff gives. They're kind, knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and always quick to respond. It's great to know that I'm in good hands should anything unexpected happen. Keep up the great work!

This place is horrible you wait an hour to get on the phone with someone their prices are ridiculous I have no accidents and no tickets the lowest they could get my car insurance was $370 a month I'm a young guy I don't know how they expect us to put up with this 0/10 would never recommend. Nationwide was the biggest helped in person and the best prices.

Kathy’s team is an embarrassment to the insurances industry from a service perspective. In 10 years, I never met or received a call from them with no claims. Every time we called, it’s as if we are putting them out. Basically her unqualified staff runs the practice.
