Update... My last review is missing.I received an email saying The Office I visited Last Year for 2021 taxes had moved. Find Another Location.This office is still here. lolI HAD NO INTENTIONS OF GOING BACK To This Location. I've been using various Block offices for 30+yrs depending on where I lived at the time. This is only one I had a problem with. So to keep business with Block do owners of franchises and Block say an office is closed if a customer is unhappy?2021 Tax season. My disabled son and I were treated very poorly at this location. Despite me having made an appointment 2 months prior and asking the lady who did my taxes if she had ever done the tyoe of return before...She said Yes. The Lady didn't know how to do my taxes. She said (I've had never seen that before) IRS 2014-7. I was treated like a tax cheat. I brought all IRS docs, and prior tax returns. Her tone was offensive as well as that of woman in front. The woman at front desk did not make me feel as if she wanted OUR KIND in the office. Rude from time we walked in until I had the nerve to ask about the fee. My taxes have stayed the same for many years, but every Block office charges vastly different prices. I was asked to fill out an office survey and I was honest. She calls me up screaming saying they had done a good job. 2 things she was not with me when my taxes were done, nor was she the lady who I spoke to when I made the appointment. I told her dont ask for a survey if you cant take criticism and only want compliments. My time and money are just as important as anyone else's.
