Quick Service and accommodating. I would have given a 4 or 5 star but the manager, Barry, and I had a miscommunication regarding the price. I acquiesced and he said because of my attitude he would apply a discount coupon for the service done. It was not applied.
UPDATE: Barry reached out to me after the above review and apologized for the oversight and he more than made up for the mistake. To me this is clear evidence of a good business man and he and his shop have gained my trust. It is difficult to find an auto repair shop that you can trust. I believe I have found one!

My truck broke down on the way to the airport and I had to have it towed. Greulich gave me an excellent and affordable suggestion for a tow company that was quick and handled the tow while I wasn't able to be present. The repair shop themselves were of such astronomical help! They got me an initial diagnosis before I boarded my flight.
I was out of state for a week and they're staff worked very hard and kept in constant communication to ensure that my truck would be back up and running for me when I got home. They were able to finalize all repairs and set it so that I could safely pick up my truck after hours and make the three hour drive home with no problem.

Staff is helpful and work is completed on time. Charges are much more reasonable than a dealer and the work is same quality.

My check engine light came on, and I called the store and they were able to get me in immediately and do a diagnostic and found the issue. I received a call to discuss the problems and their suggestions for repair.
They communicated really well with regards to obtaining parts and the time frames for the fix. I highly recommend this store.

Refuse to correct their bad alignment without my replacing shocks, also refused to provide paperwork showing results on first alignment. Shocks are just fine. Also wanted half axle, axle, and a few other parts. Predatory company - avoid.

I took my truck in to Pat to have front coil springs and shocks installed and then an alignment. He and the technician Renee took extra care and time to get the job done without any damage to my truck, as it is a collectible old pickup and he recognized that! The outcome is amazing! The truck drives like new and looks even better sitting up in the front now. The price was fair, and they did exactly what they said they would do. I will definitely be back and I recommend them to anyone looking for honest and trustworthy auto repair.

I brought my vehicle in for and oil change and battery check -- I knew from the past that at some time I would need replacement of suspension parts and engine mounts. Greulich's showed me the inspection photos, explained the impact of not servicing the needs, and told me I could wait for a bit to get the work done. I gave them the go-ahead for same day repairs and 3hrs later the job was finished.
