So disappointing today. I use this car wash often but won’t anymore. Paid for the VIP service (41.00) and this is what my car looked like on the interior. Several things on the exterior were missed as well?. Expected better for that much money.

Had a very good experience at the Fountain Hills location. Gentlemen entrance was friendly and attentive. Was instructive, but not pushy, which I can appreciate.
The girl at the register was not welcoming or friendly and made me and several other people wait while she sauntered from one end of the building to the other a two occasions.
the good interaction was from (not sure if the names are right ) Trevon and Ted who I called TNT and they seemed to get a good laugh. Also talked with Jude who was very friendly and admired my 2006 Toyota Sequoia. He also had a late model vehicle that he takes care of. Overall the price and the front and the back of the operations seems solid and I will return. As long as 2 thirds of the operation is solid.

$10 to wash off the mud off your car on the driver side only and another $10 to wash off the mud passenger side, not really mud just normal rain driving road dirty rain water that's $20 to extra for something the automatic car does anyway. Plus the $35 V.I.P. service that's $55 total. They didn't even wipe down the inside of the car. VERY POOR SERVICE. AND A RIP OFF FOR ADDING $20 TO SPRAY BOTH SIDES OF CAR OFF. WITH THE ECONOMY THE IT IS RITE NOW. YOUR GONNA RIP EVERYBODY OFF AN EXTRA $20 TO CLAIM MUDDY SIDES, WHEN ITS JUST NORMAL DIRTY RAIN WATER. IF YOU DON'T MIND GETTING RIPPED OFF AN EXTRA $20 FOR SOMETHING THERE AUTOMATIC CAR WASH DOES ANYWAY, GO RIGHT AHEAD AND LET FRANCIS & SONS CAR WASH BRIBE YOU IN TO THINKING THE EXTRA $20 IS NECESSARY. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS CAR WASH.

We are new to Fountain Hills and decided to try this car wash. I will never go anywhere else. They do a phenomenal job! They are above and beyond any car wash I've been to. They even have a monthly membership where you can come every day if you wanted.

Francis & Sons Car Wash has several options for car washes. Their options vary in details, however, the employees work their tails off to completely clean/detail your vehicle. The wait wasn't more than 15-20 minutes as.your car was being washed/detailed. Highly recommended!

I'll tell you what: I'm pretty impressed with what I received for a $25 interior clean, wash and wipe down. I was in and out in 20 mins. I think they did an exceptional job.
