Good store, great merchandise, used to be my favorite store. But the Management is emasculated and rude, sarcastic and unwelcoming. She has a person problem. Ugly personality. Won’t shop there again☹️

Beautiful cashier woman. Very friendly staff. Nice selection of clothes and shoes. Tons of gadgets and gizmos. Nice gently used furniture. I could easily spend an hour looking at everything and still not see everything. Vending machine items and ice cream and soda are over priced, but everything else in the store is very affordable. I definitely recommend shopping here.

Amazing treasures everywhere at phenomenally good prices. Vast quantity of artwork on canvas, great glassware, cool chairs, polite staff, lots of clothing and bedding/linens. I spent 2 hours shopping and missed a lot. It's absolutely full and smells nice as you walk in. Thank you!

Used to like this store and have donated thousands of dollars to them. Today, the clerk thought the price set was too low took it back to his manager and raised it. That is illegal.

We had a good experience shopping here. The clothes are very nice as you would expect for the area and the prices are great! I got 4 tops for between $3 and $5 each. The staff does take a bit to warm up but no one was impolite and when I had to call them Rachel was very friendly and helpful.

This used to be such an amazing goodwill and I loved going there sadly the staff is so rude and almost aggressively mean in the last months.. i wouldn't suggest anyone waste time at this location. I can't hardly stand to shop there. They follow people around like everyone is stealing something I feel like I wanna say "hey I'm not a shoplifter"... Tonight is my last time going there the snotty girl messed up the check out and then blamed me for not alerting her with all sorts of attitude, and her coworker was chiming in as well. They would have to ring up another item purchased separately because they were so inattentive. It was as if have i was asking a huge favor .. I just said "never-mind" and left. They were so rude snickering and totally could care less, and it wasn't busy at ALL. I hate to post negative reviews but I also used to tell everyone to shop at this location and it's just prob the worst in the area .... The people who work there treat customers like they are interrupting their conversation, it's a sketchy rude bunch of young people, who seem as if they haven't a clue about what's happening, and maybe even either hungover or on something.

This place has the greatest stuff for low prices. I'm sure it has to do with the neighborhood as Fountain Hills has become a spendy place to live. Happy Hunting!

I would put this goodwill as one of the better ones I haven’t visited. I have probably been to at least 20 goodwill’s throughout Arizona, Georgia, Florida and California. The people here are super. Very friendly. They tend to have the typical color of the week sales. The product is not the best and that is only because the store is a smaller square footage than most Goodwill‘s. I have, however, found some good things that come through here, because the community is a bit more affluent and therefore donations are good.

Love this store. Always a pleasure to shop here. The employees are always friendly and they remember who you are. Quality items. Some of the stuff seems to be a little over priced, but overall you can find great deals.
