Made an appointment they sit you in cold water which is horrible for the arthritis is my feet to cover up they are running late. Then the prices are just incredible!! And they didn't even give me all the stuff included in my overpriced pedicure!! Then my I've got polish on my toes that I'm going to have to remove at home!! The manager lady is horrible and extremely rude!! I WON'T BE BACK!! This place is just bad I'm sorry when you try to talk with someone and they start to yell at you and their only solution is for you to leave.....im sorry but that is not customer service!!!

Was overcharged and under-serviced. Charged $35 for basic pedicure and the bottom of my feet were not touched. I do not have calluses so there was no need to have the higher level pedicure. Charged $30 for simply polishing my nails without a manicure. I called and spoke with the manager, who was courteous but was not willing to remedy. Total charge was $65 and I left a &13 tip. I will not return.

If you are ever in need of a pedicure/manicure combo, my wife and I recommend you schedule an appointment with Michelle at Fountain Hills Nails. She has the velvet touch whether it be a "no-chip" mani or a deluxe pedi with paraffin. We have been patronizing FHN for years because we always enjoy the professional and friendly service we receive from Michelle.

Reservations recommended. Not a relaxing environment, more the type of nail salon to get in and get out. Had a classic pedicure and a polish change - not impressed with the service of either. Will look to pay $50+ elsewhere for future appointments.

Friendly and clean salon ! I have been seeing Dustin for dip nails a year now and he really pays attention to detail and is so easy to talk too! All the pedicure girls I’ve had have been very good and nice too ! Highly recommend

Being a first timer here, I was assigned a nail technician with sparse to minimal experience, which was evident in the lack of skill displayed. As someone who's only visited a nail salon twice in years for a manicure, the subpar service is the main factor for the low mark. I politely removed myself when the filing began. i came in on vacation for my mid winter break and i came in for a gel full set i picked my color and they asked me to wait 15 minute, i waited for about 45 when the lady sat me down and asked what color i wanted she got started on my cuticles and cut two on my right hand, they immediately started bleeding and wouldn't stop until the woman put nail glue over my cuts, they kept bleeding until she started polishing my nails and once she was done she started buffering and continued to cut another cuticle on my right hand, once i was don't i asked if i could get a discount on any of the nails that gor cut and they started telling me it was basically made fault for it getting cut and gave me ten dollars off after i said five wasn't enough, i'm a 17 year old and hate confrontation but they really looked ugly when i left and still l are probably going to scab over, overall the nails look not horrible but the shaping could've been better and a little sideways.

I went in last minute before a snow storm hit my home …. The guy cut several of my fingers with the dremel tool ….Woke up the next day and multiple nails had the polish peeling as they didn’t give it time to cure them. I went in the next day - a Monday - and asked for them to be fixed. They did another horrible job and didn’t let them cure again , I was out in less than 7 minutes! And I tried to get them to do a better job but they would not. Needless to say they immediately peeled again and look awful ! I won’t be back !
