I think they are a good company. However,I didn't use them they were booked 2 months ahead. The young man made an off the cuff appraisal. Promising to send me an itemized statement. No answers came to my original questions. No itemized statement as promised.
I'm thinking I might fall into their busy cracks of getting the work done as well. No worries, lots of places out there.

Excellent body shop where they treat your vehicle as their own. Assisted me with a ride to the local car rental business, and I was delighted to see how beautiful my car was when it was finished. Highly recommend!

I've been getting paint and body work done at The Finishing Touch since 1995. They just painted some parts for a project car of mine and they turned out amazing. Flawless. The paint quality is just amazing. Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend Finishing Touch Body Shop! I went to two other body shops to get a quote for repair and both gave me a $2000 price tag. When I went to Finishing Touch, Laurin said after looking at the damage that they may be able to repair the damage to my bumper without a significant cost. My repair cost ended up being $75. What was most impressive was the honesty! They could have "taken me" for $2000 but they didn't. As a customer, it was refreshing to know that there was an honest body shop out there and they instantly earned my respect. If I ever have body work done in the future, I plan on taking it to Finishing Touch! And, I will recommend to others the same!

Done two front BMW MSPORT & M3 bumpers for me. First done in 2018 and latest M3 will be ready/paint matched in Mineral White Metallic with new CF front splitter in a day or two. Excellent quality control with the Tilden management team!
