After being discriminated today i now understand this cvs low rating. Customer service is definitely not in their job description and if it is then they must nor understand what customer service means or how to treat patients. I've used cvs for years and even worked for their billing department so I'm very knowledgeable when it comes to eligibility and benefits, the issue started when i went to pick up my meds and i was informed my insurance had termed and i was back on my old insurance which i had in their system saved before as i had mercy care for a long time. I was very confused as to why they couldn't verify it online or why i had to wait another day, so i called my insurance and with the agent on the phone i verified my insurance rx were active! I gave the pharmacist all of the info and after i hung up with a very rude tone told me that my insurance needed to call them to verify the insurance even though i was on the phone with them on speaker so they could hear the agent verify my insurance with them!
The rude pharmacist still refused to give me my medication and insists now my insurance has to call them!!! What was the point of me calling them to get them the info they wanted if she was still going to turn around and ask me to have my insurance call them all out of spite because she wanted to petty. I even had to correct her tone once because i did not at all like the way she spoke to me as if I was one of her children and not a patient! That's ok i well never use this pharmacy again and will have all of my future scrpits sent out to a pharmacy that actually treats their patients with dignity and respect

I wish these people cared. You are in health care people are going through dramatic things and you treat them like an inconvenience or scum in a hard challenging time . I pray for you all and your attitudes toward life and people. If you don’t like people or want to help people why be in this business? Look at all the reviews. I couldn’t imagine leaving this kind of negative impact on so many customers and people. You really need to look in the mirror pharmacy. Be better. Be good people . Have better attitudes or get out of the business. I’ve never seen such rude women. Not one of them looked like they care or want to be there. That’s sad. This place needs to have a serious look at all these reviews and make a change. I hope you all see how negatively you are impacting others and I hope you have the courage and hearts to change. I’m rooting for you.

Got accused of stealing a chocolate milk and a gift bag that my beautiful girlfriend happily paid for through self checkout. Check the cams silly!

very awkward atmosphere. after scanning and paying for our 2 items at the self-checkout, the gentlemen followed us out and accused us of stealing. not sure if he didn't see us check out, but i am more than willing to prove that i paid for our items, a gift bag and chocolate milk. very unprofessional. ?

Unbelievable. Was in the pharmacy drive-through before they closed but because they took 25 minutes to help the customer ahead of me they close the window when I pulled up. No acknowledgment or anything. It would've taken them probably less than 30 seconds to help me. I think that is beyond unacceptable. The really unfortunate part is that there's never any accountability in these places so I'm sure this review means absolutely nothing. That's why our customer service nowadays has gone to crap because there's no accountability.

Pharmacies customer service is usually bad but this place takes the cake. These pill pushers act they are gods gift to the world. I have had multiple horrible experiences with them. One pharmacist just hung up on me before I could even get a question out of my mouth. Even if it means paying a little more money go somewhere else. I hope someone from this pharmacy reads this. You are mean people. People HAVE to do deal with you, they don't want to be there. No one wants to talk to a pharmacist. You're doing a great job at making it an even more unpleasant experience.

This is the worst Pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I was waiting for a prescription for my son with a nasty illness. The first time they said they couldn't fill it that day. Then the next day they said they didn't have time to fill it but waited an hour and it would be ready. After an hour and a half, I drove back and they said "Oh sorry but come back in an hour and it will be ready" Well after the Hour I came back and got the same story, Not ready but give us another hour....I asked why they give times when they don't know when it will be filled. He told me "Oh well' with no apology. I will never, never, use this garbage pharmacy. If I could give them one-tenth of a star that would be too much. Don't use CVS in Fountain Hills, you will be sorry.

The worst customer service ever. Went to replace an expired Covid test and the angry fat guy started lecturing us on how if we are purchasing a Covid test we MUST have been exposed. Because only people that have Covid or were exposed buy tests!? As if no one ever has them on Hand at home. Then he had to update us on his heart condition… which was inappropriate to tell customers. If you’re so scared of your health, probably don’t work in a cvs? Like what was going through his head? Haha! Unfortunately this is Not the first idiot I’ve run into at this store. Even the customers are oddly nosey in your business. Wierd creepy place. What happened to fountain hills?

Incredibly rude staff, pharmacists that never take notes and ask the same dumb questions ever time you pick up your prescription. Also A fat angry guy at the counter that yells at you about his Heart condition. What is happening at this cvs? I’ve be never seen such a poorly run offensive store

This is the worst most disgusting place to go. I've never met a friendly employee and the fat grey haired guy gives you a huge lecture if you want to purchase a Covid test. He kept saying that only people that have been exposed to Covid buy tests, so we must have been exposed also. It's like he never heard of somebody replacing an old expired test in your home cabinet. Also He oddly had to update us on his health problems as well. I would say if your so worried about your heart and health, don't work in a cvs that sells medicine for sick people he proceeded to argue with me and try to not sell Me anything after I defended myself and pointed out he was a fu$&ng idiot lol. I will Be removing all My prescriptions and make sure no one I know ever uses this pharmacy.

In a day when customer service is sometimes hard to find I had the pleasure of dealing with your outstanding employee Brooke. She went the extra mile to follow up with me with a phone call to let me know when an item was back in stock. She is friendly outgoing and on top of things. Now that's what I call service! Thanks
