I would like to give ZERO stars. This equipment has been a nightmare. What a waste. Our pool is green. The copper stains everything. After literally hundreds of attempts to correct our issues, we filed a BBB complaint only to discover that the owner of this business uses a shell company in Florida to deny any liability for his faulty product.

Buyer beware! The concept is great, unfortunately the execution is lacking. They replace the controller, the flow chamber, and a titanium plate within 5 months for separate issues. Unfortunately, that is where the problems start. It has turned my pool copper green. Dyed my wife's hair to match. Flooded my yard. consumed a set of plates in less than 5 months (supposed to last a year) and is working on the $400 titanium plates. They are unwilling Or unable to resolve the issue, always addressing part of an email, avoiding phone calls, or sending us to multiple pool stores to compare test results (the water tests are always great!) Our pool is 8 months old, water is fresh and this causes us so much heart ache.

Bill came out to check my system and, ultimately, clean my plates. He was very friendly and got the job done quickly! HE is the man for your analysis!
