My private client representative while opening my trust account she posted the wrong address. So the idiots in compliance froze my bank account. And didn't call me nor did they call Susie Mattern, my representative. I have been with Chase for over a decade. They froze my money and put me through hell to get it reopened. I was in the process of trying to buy a home for my wife who had a massive stroke. Yesterday she was rushed to her doctor because of the stress Chase representatives At Fountain Hills. I've never had a negative experience at this branch of Chase in fountain Hills Arizona. Recently, I had to do some quick business there and scheduled it before hand. What could've been a complicated procedure was done in minutes. The people here have always been friendly and accommodating.

We have just moved to Arizona from Oklahoma. We started a new job here, so our first check was paper. They wouldn’t cash my wife’s check because she still has the old CDL that expires this year. They tried to say they looked up the drivers license for Oklahoma and couldn’t find it but yet I had no problem using google. They cost us time and inconvenience because Chase bank wouldn’t accept a FEDERAL DRIVERS LICENSE. Don’t worry, we won’t be opening any accounts there

Horrible service. I moved from Portland to Arizona recently. As my bank did not service Arizona I opened a new account at the chase bank a week before my move. When I arrived I found out I needed a certified check for -st months rent. I did an immediate bank to bank transfer but Chase held my money for over a week. The poor girl trying to help me at the local branch even tried calling their "expert" team and still couldn't get the hold lifted on my money. My first months rent was a week late making for a very stressful situation between me and my landlord. I asked to cancel my account with them and they finally after a week release my rent money but wouldn't allow me to cancel my account as they still had a hold on my remaining funds of $9.00. I will never enter a chase bank again and I hope this saves others from experiencing their nightmare service

One of the worst banks I have ever had to deal with. Phone calls are never answered or returned and if by chance you do get someone they pass you to someone else who can't help. Have been trying to work with them for 2 months now and keep getting the run around.Large some of money missing.

If you want a bank that won't pick up It's phone most of the time and even if you are a member of It's exalted private bank you can't get through the auto voice system you should bank here. I've had my primary account with Chase and its predecessor banks for 40 years. Now they are terrible!!!

I have been a long time customer of Chase Bank. I have all my bank accounts with them, including my business account. As years pass I have noticed many changes with Chase Bank. Some of the "personalization" and "hometown feel" has gone away. Security in the branch and online is also tighter, and now when you call Chase's 1800 number your sent to some call center in another country. All of these changes, I am not a fan of, but also realize that Chase is one of the best banks in the USA and that is why they have to protect themselves and their clients. With this being said, over the past few months I have ran into many roadblocks with new procedures etc. I have been super frustrated and was about ready to consider changing banks. I went into our local Fountain Hills office, and it was pretty obvious I wasn't happy. The branch manager was unavailable at the time, so lucky the person who got me. Josh Preston listened to me vent for quite awhile, and kept a smile on his face the entire time. He realized this was important to me, interrupted the branch manager, and went above and beyond to make me happy. If it wasn't for Josh yesterday, things might have gone differently. Good client service matters! I would hire Josh in a heartbeat!

How in the world does a branch stay in business when nearly EVERY TIME I call their phone number I get a recording saying they are busy and can't answer the phone right now. I even double checked the number I was calling to make sure I was calling the correct number 480-970-7234 and yep, every time I called I got voice mail.
