NOT RENT A TRUCK FROM THIS LOCATIONThe entire experience was ABSOLUTELY AWFUL...... Not only was the online sign in difficult, trying to get a hold of someone to help walk through the process was next to impossible. ONLINE RESVERATION NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY... It took me more time to get a hold of someone that would help me than it would have been if I went to an actual UHAUL Location.These satellite offices are No match for the actual UHAUL location.The outside of the truck was filthy with mud. The inside of the truck was also filthy with mud on the steps and the bottom of the floor, the steering wheel was dirty and sticky, the air conditioning only worked half the time, and you felt like the truck was ready to come off the the chase . It literally bounced all the way back and forth to my destination.On top of all of that -- when I went to return the truck, all the said to me, "is that they key" I said "yes" They said nothing else to me, took the key and asked no questions. The manager had his shoes off and his bare feet up on the chair looking at his phone. Very unprofessional... It felt like I was dealing with a robot with NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have rented a lot of UHAUL vehicles and NEVER had such an awful experience. Then when I got my bill, I was overcharged!DO NOT USE THE FOUNTAIN HILLS LOCATION HAULCARZZ MOTOR SPORT.I just moved to Fountain Hills and this was an appalling experience.

Dont go here they do not work with anyone i just called was hard to even get through and he said after answering with a attitude that i will have to put 5 thousand down a 2000 ford mustang thats insane they dont work with anyone or even answer the phone at that ?

I've used CARZZ for detail work in the past. Today I actually purchased a truck from John he's the owner of CARZZ he's the real deal hands on owner. I also can't beliéve the deal I was able to get. John was very fair and it went very smooth without the high pressure o most dealers. Thanks John out the best!!

This little dealership is awesome. After another BIG dealership sold my dream car right out from under me, John and Mike were GREAT! They were honest with questions in regards to the car, they held the car, worked with me thru my financing, got me a great extended warranty. Listen, they are honest, knowledgeable and really helpful. I feel so happy I bought from them because I feel that I can trust them. It is worth working with them-if you don't see the car you want on their website-ask them to look for you, you will not be sorry. I would give them 10 stars if possible.
