Staggering incompetence. We went into the branch this morning at 9:00 am, authenticated our identity with government-issued ID, and initiated a wire transfer from our BoA account to an individual that we are buying a truck from. The branch associate completed the transfer request and assured us that the funds would be in the truck seller’s account at another major bank within the hour. Never happened. Seller (80 YO woman) drove 90 minutes to their branch to verify the funds deposit and complete the DMV paperwork, and has been waiting all day. We called BoA to check on the wire transfer and learned that they held the funds transfer without any explanation. Outrageous!! No call, text, or email of any kind from BoA that there was any problem. We were on hold waiting to speak with the fraud department for over an hour! Staggering level of incompetence, business process dysfunction, and poor customer service. There’s a reason people use local credit unions, and BoA just demonstrated it. We went into a local BoA branch and the bank manager couldn’t penetrate BoA’s own bureaucracy; she was on eternal hold, too.

Great location. I’m not sure the name of the young gentleman from Nayarit who helped me, but he was incredibly efficient and friendly.

This BOA deserves a 5 star review. The customer service is top notch. Even when they are very busy they make sure to go out of there way to acknowledge you as a customer. I opened a business account with Cesar and he was very helpful through the entire process. Happy to have a great group of people supporting this branch.

Tried booking a notary service appt online 10 days ago. Button wouldn't work so I chose "General Banking" and then pressed "Notary." Tried calling the bank 6 different times 6 different days to verify they had a notary for my appt time. No answer. I finally drove up on day of appt (today! At $5 per gallon of gas) to check to make sure a Notary was available. No Notary! Asked personnel if they even review appts ahead, asked if anyone even bothered to call me to notify me (much less pick up the phone at all when I was calling) and was referred to a different business to get my notary completed. Very, very bad customer service! Wish I could give it zero stars!

The staff is the very best! And now Erica is back!!! Brenda and the Manager are great! ... But, this branch needs to send out a simple email to everyone if they are going to be closed that day. Or if they opened and for some reason they have to close, send out an email to everyone that's used the branch in the last 3 or 6 months! And put on the door not just that you are closed, put the nearest locations (in all directions) to your branch that are open. They email us those silly, useless surveys.. The bank knows who we are and our email addresses. Now i don't blame the people at the branch for the emailing. They need to get with their areas supervisor to get to the company to make this happen. Remember to put on the door of the bank where the closest branch is! I had to make end of the year deposit and transfers. No one answered the phone since 12 noon, i called over 20 times this branch and the one on 90th st and Shea. No one is picking up the phone, likely because they closed before 3 pm today. So aggravated. Please, you go to that link you just gave and try to use it. The information on that LINK is useless as you don't know if they are really open or not. Then try to get them to answer the phone. Then you drive to another location and its also closed. If an emergency comes up, have the powers that be at the bank to send an email to everyone that used the branch in the last 6 months, ...immediately letting them know the branch had to close down for wherever reason. Its that simple. They can send out these surveys. The people that send out the surveys, get them to email the customers. Again, i don't blame the staff that works at they bank. B of A in general is getting worse..

Name Should Be Bank of China! Was yelled at for not to wearing a mask and forcefully asked to leave by the whole staff.. No demand to wear a mask in the state of Arizona yet they make their own Comunist rules.. Would never recommend!

Brenda was great. Efficient and friendly. Her sense of urgency was high. However, I assume all of the 5 employees there could have helped her with the 7 people in line or at least greet the obliviously uneased line. BOA is always pretty solid though.

Love this BofA. Tellers are fast and friendly. Brian, the relationship manager is the best. He makes dealing with various banking issues a breeze, and he's kind and funny to boot.
