This business is awful. AVOID unless you would like to be scammed. For the last year we've had a nonworking printer. We've sent over thirty emails and had countless calls with Jerry who keeps trying to upsell us on other printers when we've been paying for a year of a non working printer. Three months ago he promised to swap out the printer to a working one. Haven't heard from him since. We've been asking for an update weekly and no one at this company is responding. So this is the service you get with ABS. It has been five years of this horrible service. I'll be filing a BBB claim and a small biz claim soon.

We are so frustrated with them. For years we have put up with poor performance out of the machine and a lack of ability or priority to fix it. They are both unresponsive, unreliable and unable to fix the machines that they are recommended we use. STAY AWAY!!!!

Very unprofessional technicians. I have been using them for 6 years and thought that they were decent, but just had to cut them off for future services to my machine (which I bought from them 3 months ago and it is already broken....go figure) because their tech was such a j**** He wouldn't even tell me what the problem was when I asked him, and basically took offense to me wanting to know what the issue with the machine was. I'd rank this company 5 p*** emojis if it was a possibility.
