You know when you are a place of business and humans are still working to run the store, it would be nice if there was a little humanity and kindness shared. My wife had just had surgery in gilbert az and needed a restroom really bad(like an emergency) and the cashier said she could pee her pants unless I could find the manager for an approval to use the restroom. When asked where I might find a manager I was told probably outside somewhere smoking. I looked outside and no manager was found so we drove another 20 miles to the next open business.
