Mike, Gale, and Tonia were a great help. They were willing to work out a price that was good for both parties. Great customer service and always friendly! Ive purchased from each of them individually and they have never let me down and have always been helpful and given great deals on anything i needed. 10/10 would recommend.

Update: I think the woman’s name is Hope now that I think about it. I really wish I caught the woman’s name. But the very happy, upbeat I think blonde hair girl was so refreshing and nice! I have only had one other pawn shop experience and it was AWFUL. This pawn shop gave me what I needed, which is nice. I took my $1200 laptop in, normally pawnshops would likely say $50-$100 but they gave me the amount I needed which was $200 that doesn’t always happen. When I went to pick up experience was just the same! Low loan rates compared to the last one I went to but most definitely the customer service is what would bring me back!

My hubby Kent is in the Fort Mohave store every month. Having Gayle wait on him is the best experience he has at this location, Always very helpful friendly and personable, He will always ask for her! She is awesome!

I honestly can't say enough great things about this business. I want to shout out Shawn & Hope. And please forgive me, but there is a pretty dark haired Woman too and I never got her name. You know who you are. ? Oh & Jose! I cant leave him out. Jose is the smart tech guy that knows i swear absolutely everything about electronics. You two are also included in this review. You four always make me feel so welcomed and our transactions are always personable. I truly appreciate EVERYTHING! Times are tough these days and I have never felt judged or less than when walking in, saying, "Hiiii family, it's me!" It can be humiliating having to ask for a loan and when we have purchased things I have never felt pressured. The prices are GREAT and I will always shop here first before ANY other pawn shop. So, thank you for the excellent customer service, competitive prices, loans, integrity and treating me with respect & dignity. Keep up the fantastic work! Y'all know I'm a talker & can go on & on, but I'll spare everyone. From the bottom of my heart, thank you all.

I went in and explained that Az reinstated my gun rights a year ago after a wrongful conviction, I picked out a gun and they got a delay back as a response to the request to purchase this firearm, they asked for my number and said if they didn't get an answer in 7 days they would call, they were very helpful and informative.
