Worst pharmacy EVER!!!! Rude employees. I tried to get the mans name, but he was too ashamed to give it to me. Lol. He just turned his back to me while I was trying to talk to him, and just walked away. I will NEVER use Smiths pharmacy again. Shame on you rude people. You shouldn't be working with thepublic. WALGREENS has very nice people.

R.U.D.E.!!!!I hate dealing with the people in the pharmacy. You are an inconvenience to them, they do not enjoy their jobs. Getting meds has NEVER been so difficult or frustrating. These people make me crazy...Transferring to CVS!!!

Generally Smith's stores are really a pleasure to shop in. The Fort Mojave store is very dirty inside and out. The floors are horribly marked with black streaks which I rubbed my shoe on a couple and yes they will come clean. It's run down and the manager I made a comment to pretty much dismissed me with thanks for your comment. Corporate needs to make a surprise visit. I highly doubt you would shop there. P.S. the bagger we had put 5 corn on the cob, grapes and a tomato in 1 bag. Really!!!!! This store needs help.

Horrible service. Rude pharmacy employee. Treats disabled veterans badly, extremely disrespectful. Will hang up on you if you question anything they say. May need to file a report with the VA too, as they send us to this pharmacy for immediate meds.

I started shopping at Smiths due to Albertsons getting rid of Boars head product once they were bought out and there deli workers would constantly cut meat and cheese with the plastic left on.Always have had a good experience with Smiths deli here in Fort Mohave AZ and come at least once a week and get quite a few boars head meat & cheese for my 3 growing grand boys. Today I ordered 1lb each of 4 cheeses and 3 meats. I didn't think I had to stand at the Deli to make sure all my order would be complete. I went to get some things to speed up my shopping due to having to work in a bit. Came back to deli and the Deli Manager was cutting product for other customers when he wasn't even done with my order. Now I know to just stand and wait to make sure my order is done. I don't mind letting people go in front of me if I'm not pressed for time.Hopefully the Deli realizes that my time is just as important as anyone else's.

This staff has to be the rudest most unprofessional staff ever. These women act as if I'm asking to grocery shop for me when all I'm doing is picking up a prescription. If they hate their job as much as they seem to then they should not work there. The eye roll tops the cake if you ask a question. Please re train these staff members on customer service and professionalism. I actual dread having to pick up prescriptions from this smiths!

The rudest staff ever! I have been going to this Pharmacy for quite some time now and I have never had a pleasant experience. The pharmacy staff have ALWAYS been so rude, unprofessional, and they don’t even hide that they don’t like their job. If one of the employees eyes would roll a millimeter further, they would be to the back of her head. Every question I ask is followed with a scoff or an eye roll. VERY unpleasant experiences.

If I could give zero stars I would! I very rarely have a good experience with this pharmacy. The people at the register are super rude and act like you are ruining their life to help you. I believe their job is to give you your prescriptions but apparently this is asking too much. They are rude, don't smile or even make an attempt to act like they like being there.

Everything you need including a StarBucks. Deli, Produce and Meat Department are pretty stock. Good staff with self checkout available.

Had the worst experience ever in my life with both the pharmacist and employee at the Fort Mohave location. Waited in drive thru 35 min igonored and then the unfriendly employee came to the window and said there was insurance issues and she couldn't fill. I asked to just pay full price. She said they were too busy to work on the RX. I went inside and there was NO One in line.

While they can be very helpful and polite, they can also be very rude; especially the one lady. You ask a question and get a sarcastic, b¡tchy response. Highly unprofessional and unnecessary.
