The particular Safeway I go to is always clean, near, and well stocked. I rarely can't find something I need. The employees there are quite helpful as well.

What are given in 5 stars everything worked out okay except at the door on the left side of the building was locked they should have put a big sign on it that said that it was closed after 7 but they didn't and I parked down there so make sure you go into the right hand door the door that face most West not the one that's on the East Side

I bought 1 package of the chicken leg parts. It had an exorbitant amount of fat, neatly tucked underneath of each piece of chicken. I realize that they're allowed a certain amount of fat, but this was above and beyond what it should be. I wonder if they had to place the fat in plain sight, and not hidden in beneath, would there still be the same amount of fat included?

Dee needs an attitude adjustment. Ask a simple question and get nothing but a bad attitude. Grown adults acting like hormonal teens need to go. She isn't the only one. Done with this Safeway location.

Purchased breakfast sausage thru the drive up and go service. There was no expiration date. Went thru the hassle of trying to get an exchange, and none of the thawed sausages had expiration dates!? I was eventually refunded. Entire situation took about 20 min and 3 associates. Upon further reading in Reddit, discovered that sausage is shipped frozen. Stores thaw it and need to add an expiration date. This step was missed by the meat dept and the store manager did not even recognize the issue when talking to him. Disturbing.This is my go to store for shopping. I struggle with the app loading and crediting me the correct coupons, but at least the customer service desk is manned for help. Giftcards: I purchased lots of giftcards last Xmas. The only one I had issues with was purchased from Safeway. I promptly filed a claim Dec 26th, and they "resolved" it Feb 22nd. By providing the exact code on the card that doesn't work. ? I already filed a charge back which my bank took care of, weeks ago.
