MY SON BOUGHT 3 PAIRS OF DICKIES PANTS FOR HIS EMT CLASS & ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE WHEN I WENT TO TAKE THEM BACK I WAS INFORMED THAT THERE WAS A $30 A PIECE RETURN BCUZ ITS A SPECIAL ORDER THATS B.S. SO THE PANTS COST $35 A PIECE THEN SHE WANTED ME TO GIVE HER $90 ON TOP OF THAT TO GET CORRECT SIZE. ? UNREAL WHAT A RIP OFF WE CANNOT AFFORD THAT SO WERE STUCK WITH THESE PANTS & WE CANNOT AFFORD TO GET MORE NO COOL

Their intentional over charge of $7.50 lost them a costumer. I’m local and will never go there again and definitely wouldn’t recommend it.

You know how they say, "People will forget what you did or said, but people will never forget how you made them feel." I will never do business with Ripley's again. Sadly one of the employees felt the need for whatever reason to be a jerk. Regardless of what the store policies are, there is never any reason to be disrespectful to the customer especially when there was no provocation. Please be aware the older lady at the front cashier can be mean and nasty. Maybe being prepared can help you appropriately deal with her wrath. I'll never shop there again.

There was an older woman who worked there about 4 years ago and loved her job and EVERYONE she worked with. She has known the owners for 25 years. She was let go because "she was unhappy ". She was diagnosed with stage 4 ovarian cancer days after. She has been battling it since. I don't know the owners, but I know her very well. I will never cross their business threshold.

Very cool store alot of good brands for guys & girls. Only been in the area for alil over a year & 1 of my favorite clothing stores. Family operated & the owner is super sweet &friendly as is everyone I've dealt with love my new swim trunks! Thank you, you guys are all awesome! Definitely will be back!
