Worst customer service EVER! John Hinton has no clue what he is doing and is condescending, we ended up paying $49.00 for an extension because he REFUSED to even look up the form 5329. He is incompetent.

This is my second year filing with Ray Gardner. He always responded to my emails readily and provided good advice. I feel confident in his professional competence. The payment for the service was lower than what I expected and in comparison with other tax preparers.
