Choice BroadBand-Wireless "WIFI "in Ft.Def.Az, Customer Service within the company ,use to answer the phone calls.but,now I Dont Know why no one answers,it's out of the Country answering service,which I don't like, you speak to Foreign people.half the time you can't understand what there saying. Every month the Service increases! It used to be Good service, now the Internet Buffers! There's a lot of people right near that want wk but,yet,calls are out to Foreign countries..that suck ?

I tried to have a family member pay for my service, I gave the account #, invoice but was told I HAD TO BE THERE for payment!!! Omg I’m working. The phone payments and online has been down for a couple of days so I asked to walk in the payment & was DENIED. I guess I have to get time off to pay my bill

I’ve been trying to disconnect services for over 3 weeks now. Three different agents have advised me someone will call me back to complete, but nothing so far. The last time I called 8/16/24 I was promised a call back by yesterday 8/20/24 and still nothing. The last agent stated the one person that works cancellations was out that day 8/16/24 AND is currently backed up. Very poor communication skills and follow up/through for a communications company. Disappointed and running out of patience. This would not occur with a “city” internet provider.

My Internet has been out for over 2 weeks and I'm often calling the customer service line having to repeat myself multiple times about my issue which is "it must be the cord to the dish/Internet".. I'm told a "ticket is created & sometime will call you" .. NOPE nobody's called me yet, & I'm having to recall the company AGAIN .. paying for the broadband and half the month has gone by, AND STILL NO ONE'S CALLING ME! .... I have no car or anyone to take me 80mi to get the cord myself, since I'm on the Navajo rez, so I have NO CHOICE BUT MAKE PHONECALLS!! I'm getting nowhere and I'll be having to pay another month, but will my Internet still be out, and if so, will I be compensated??? :(

Friendly and helpful service today. Wireless works great for us at home. Have had no problems with the service. The customer assistance worker was down to one but that didn’t stop her she was patient, accurate, great customer service. She helped us out past her lunch time. Thank you NTUA wireless
