Spencers Did my Oil and lube in a timely manner and also found Front Struts were leaking. They advise me to go to dealer to have them replaced as there was no OM struts available. went to dealer and struts were still under Warrenty. Dealer replaced.

I would recommend Spencer Auto to anyone who needs reasonable rates with professional service. I am very happy with all the work done on my 2016 Subaru Impreza. Now I know I will have no problems driving back to the Midwest. Anyone out of state or local can trust Spencer Auto to be professional,honest and all at reasonable rates. Thank you Spencer Auto team.

Great auto repair shop! We are new to the area. Jenna & Ken & the entire team are fantastic! On first visit they diagnosed an oil sending wire that was not attached. Reattached & everything fine. Second visit had 4 different maintenance items addressed & the vehicle runs better than it ever has! Great trustworthy shop!

I'm a snow bird but spending this summer in AZ. I had to have several items on my van fixed because previous garages didn't fix the problems. I picked them because they are close to where I'm stating and very glad I did. They are friendly and knowledgeable and I feel I can trust them. Glad I found them.

I am not usually one for leaving reviews but the Spencer Auto in Florence deserves a lot of praise. Jenna, Kenny, Dean and the rest of the team go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience. I have dealt with a lot of shops in my life and most are good, but what sets these guys apart is their customer service and their ability to be honest and let you know everything that is going on with your vehicle. Even when we as customers do not always want to hear all the bad stuff that may be going on with our cars. The bonus here is that they are not pushy but will help you prioritize what needs to be done and what might be able to wait. Look times are tough for almost everyone and money does not grow on trees, at least not for me. I highly recommend you give this small family owned shop a look and a chance you wont regret it.
