“I know that the staff aren't in control over everything, like shipping, when they will receive things etc. I was just really thankful when one of the ladies at the pharmacy called me personally to tell me they ordered the right thing but received the wrong one from the main manufacturer. Made it a lot easier to get in touch with my doctor right away instead of driving down to the store for no reason.”
