“The staff is personable and bubbling! What got me into the store was people being dressed up for Halloween which is great! Everyone in there has such a great attitude. It's just that Earth bound is such an expensive chain store and this branch is no different. I'm definitely not going to discourage anyone from going in there though in supporting this great team!”

“The store was clean, there were a alot of options to choose from, there was a good clearance section, etc. None of the store employees talked to any one that I noticed. They just kept to themselves. Normally they are really personable and bubbly when I go in there but today was just quiet. Not a bad thing but that was something I noticed differently today than past times I have been in this store.”
“I adore this store. So many great finds from Shyanne, Idyllwind, Cody James, Miss Me, Ariat and more. I tend to struggle to find XS/S sizes in a lot of cute tops. They usually have a lot of Medium, Large and X-Large sizes the most. So if I need a smaller size I must order online. I like getting coupon codes if I do ship to store option. So that's what I will usually do. The boots are incredible here, but also lacks a little bit with some sizes. My favorite boot brands are Ariat and Shyanne. I can always find a cute pair of boots when I'm looking for them. I also love the accessories and jewelry section here. There's just so many options of those! I personally have not had issues with staff welcoming me, or asking if I need help. I feel they are great at welcoming people as we walk in, and they usually ask if we need help a few minutes after we come in which is what I prefer. There is one gal currently who is super bubbly and friendly that I enjoy talking to when I come in! I only wish they could keep the smaller sizes in stock a bit more, that would be awesome!”
“I adore taking a look at the new items that come into the shop. There’s a lot of stuff that’s reworked and fun accessories. My biggest complaint outside of prize, as I’m okay with spending a little bit more for good quality, is that the sizes mostly ever go up to L. I have found items that I fit in the range given but if you’re plus size or even mid size finding clothes that fit can be a challenge. The styles are all up to trend and unique so it feels like a real score to land an item. All the employees I’ve come across are very nice. It’s just sometimes hard with the really limited size range.”

“Kohl’s in Flagstaff is one of the few local stores selling maternity wear. While shopping for gifts for expectant Moms, I was assisted by a knowledgeable, patient, and friendly manager. Cas the cashier is able to quickly serve customers with a genuine positive attitude. Always a pleasant shopping experience here and the endless sales are great!”
“Sustainable efforts always appeal to me. I love the premise of this little place. I believe mostly all of the items in the shop are from artists around the globe. I also believe that a portion of the proceeds go directly to the artist. Tons of earrings, pins, necklaces, bracelets, articles of clothing and hats and so much more. Both times I have visited the same lady was working and I love that she asks whether I would like a bag and I typically I decline because I know the effort being made. I still end up with cutsie mesh baggies that she puts my trinkets in. I am looking forward to my next visit in hopes of finding a second pair of some wooden hoop earrings I fell in love with. I will try and learn a bit more and update my review once I have.”

“The service was amazing! The products were all high quality and described well. I really appreciated how they had tons of local artists retail their products in the store, and the selection was never short. The value is high-end, but worth it. But once, cry once; for the warranty is lifetime (or at least a year).”
